Everything is great, specially staff, Mr Basem, Mr Aziz and Mr. Zeyad they are great people and really helpful at reception.

Sea was incredible. Evening shows are good.

Not clean and old. Foods are really bad.

The location and the food and the staff were very nice and it was one of the best trip I have been too. Thank you

The staff at the resort are amazing. We had a little miscommunication, but Ahmed from the front desk and his team were able to correct it. Give us a room upgrade and make sure our stay was 100% comfortable.. Grateful we had a great experience. We will definitely be back at this resort. and would recommend it for any families that’s looking for a clean, family friendly, great food and a place to relax.

The sea is beautiful and our kids loved the water slides.

The food was absolutely horrendous, basically inedible, and the swarming overcrowded cafeteria style set up was extremely stressful and off-putting. No reservations available in the single ala carte restaurant for the entirety of our stay. The alcohol options were abysmal. Our room was in desperate need of a refresh, and the bathroom was covered in rust and mold all over the place. One of the cabinets was literally falling off.

It was reasonable clean but could have been better as outside the balcony was dirty

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. A special thanks to Aziz at the reception and Zakria in Columbus cafe who were exceptionally kind and professional throughout our visit. They made our experience even more enjoyable — truly outstanding service! In addition to that the see was crystal clear and there were plenty of fishes you can observe like an aquarium.

Amazing place, a great aqua park for all ages and amazing snorkeling in the hotel's private beach. There was a huge variety of food and super helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely come again.

All facility was very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Bassem at the reception is very helpfull and smiling. He upgraded our room as we had a kid with us. Thanks to him. Perfect Family Getaway - Amazing for All Ages!Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel facilities are huge and so well-maintained, which was ideal for our family. The variety of pools meant there was something for everyone, from the kids' splash area to the quieter adult pools. The entertainment team was amazing, providing fantastic, engaging activities for the children all day long. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our family's needs. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday!

At first, I wasn’t planning to use it, but the reception kindly called to make the reservation for me — and I’m so glad they did! The dinner turned out to be a wonderful experience, and I would have regretted missing it. The restaurant staff there were fantastic — attentive, polite, and made us feel very well taken care of.The main restaurants team also deserves great appreciation. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of options, and the service was excellent every time.A big thank you as well to the Aqua Park team — they brought so much fun and energy to our days, always friendly and ensuring everyone was safe and enjoying themselves.Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and most importantly, the staff’s hospitality truly stands out. Although the coral reefs were fewer than I expected, the beautiful sandy beach more than made up for it

My kids loved every minute, they didn't want to leave.We arrived very early and they made it easier for us to enjoy our time while waiting for the rooms to be ready.

The bathrooms in the dining rooms and the lobby needs your attention, they are not clean ?, the quality of food is not as expected ?.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a great view. The bed was very cozy, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.The location was perfect — The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the service was always prompt.

The staff, the tooms and the facilities

The staff was very cooperative, particularly the polite gentleman Mr. Ahmed Abdelmonem from reception who managed my visit and followed me closely and Mr. Ali from security, who was friendly and helpful. The aqua park was enjoyable, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for my family, and the beds were very, very comfortable

The spa is a paid service! which was not clearly reflected on Booking.com—at least not for all treatments. Additionally, the food quality could be improved

The staff was amazing, Especially, Sayed Mohammed, the person responsible for my room (1130), was amazing — he took care of the room in the best possible way.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center.
