staffs were friendly, room was clean and big. view is beautiful

The floor gets flooded after shower and bathroom is filled with water. I slipped very badly. No rubber mat or tools to remove the water.The staff and hotel are amazing.

Privacy , when you lock your self inside , it’s nearly impossible for someone to open from outside.It’s so secure for solo travelers The food was yummy + the welcome juice Room was supper cleanDidn’t swim but the pool was so clean.

The bedsheet were too old The AC was too loud and scarring at night ?

For the price, the accommodation is good. Staff were nice and helpful. I stayed in the hotel about 5 times in the passed 2 years for 1 or 2 nights stay

Close to the city , not expensive & helpful staff

All good and specially the bar young guy (forgot the name) was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a nice view and our check in was at 14:00 but they tried to give us room 1 hour earlier. Thanks a lot to you guys for your hospitality.

Nice hotel in a quiet area of town.Good sized room.

I came late to Sharm El Sheikh and chose this hotel and I really made a good choice. When I arrived at the hotel, I wanted to sleep. The check-in at the hotel was quick I would like to thank the receptionists The room was clean and the breakfast was good If I come again I will choose this hotel All the stuff are friendly and smile.

Top-Location, big rooms with air condition, refrigerator, big balconies! 2 wonderful outdoor pools, 2 free transport busses to the lovely beach. 24 hours reception, very professional staff, especially Mister Sayed. I heartly recommend the El Khan Sharm Hotel to all travelers! ❤️

Bad experience

The treatment of the hotel staff was very rude, especially the room cleaning staff, they were verbally harassing. Bad management, worse staff. The place is not as good as it should be for living. just Their location is good, there is no service clean good

The very best perfect hotel in Sharm el Sheikh! Very quiet, clean, good prices. Centrally located. The rooms are very large with big balconies! Two pools, very delicious fresh food and drinks, big lobby with nice sitting areas, a billard table. Great professional service, assistance and help from the friendly reception. There’s two times per day a free shuttle to the beach and back. Opposite the street there‘s a shopping center, Arafa. I kindly recommend the Arafa restaurant. I heartly recommend this hotel heartly to all travelers. I will choice again the El Khan hotel on my next visit to Sharm el Sheikh.

In the bathroom the water was dirty!!! No clean water:( the shower was broken. The bed was unconfortable.

**Best Hotel in Sharm!** Sayeed and his colleagues are the best receptionists I have ever come across. They are always ready to help. I initially booked this hotel for just one day as I hadn’t researched much about Sharm and thought one day would be enough. However, Sayeed went above and beyond by helping me find a one-day excursion to ras al Mahoummad for the next day, even after I had checked out. It turned out to be an amazing experience! They also provided me with early check-ins and were always helpful with my travel-related queries. The location is conveniently close to all the tourist attractions. I would definitely book here again if I visit Sharm in the future. Thank you so much, Sayeed, for all your help during my stay!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating! My parents are staying there also and they were always willing to help which is very much appreciated. The rooms are freshly painted and it looks more updated. Pools are clean and was happy to swim there and enjoy some sun. It’s great that they have free transportation to/from the beach and free sun beds once you’re there. I enjoyed the outside dinner they did, with some entertainment. I’m not sure how often they do this but should make it more as it gives good vibes with all the guests. It’s good value for your money and the extra things they do make it an even better experience. Overall I enjoyed my short stay and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable place and still enjoy the hotel. Thank you to the hotel staff who have been so kind.

The plugs in the room and are outdated and should be changed for safety, curtains could be changed, mini fridge also and better drainage for the shower. I think they should use glasses and cups, instead of plastic/paper cups and also replace the plates as it’s chipped a lot of them. The reception area is very hot during the day and it’s a shame because it would be more pleasant if you could hangout there and maybe have some drinks.
