This was my fifth New Year Holiday and stay at the Royal Savoy . It has a special feeling of intimacy and coziness despite being part of a large complex . The service is excellent, supported by a very friendly staff . The package offered is very attractive. And the hotel facilities in terms of restaurants , beach etc… are excellent. There is a reef just by the shore that offers great scenery for those who like snorkelling ( love it in January !!! ) . Not forgetting a great New Year party that is part of the package . And the proximity of the airport for those arriving by air .

Nothing in particular that I can think of

The property is spotless. I also like that everything is close so you aren’t walking from one end to the other to get somewhere.

Rooms need some renovation

A vast area with many restaurants, swimming pools and a beautiful beach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The Italian restaurant may need to improve their cooking.We went there last year and this year, both visits were disappointing though the staff was helpful.

Location, fast beach access.

The maintenance service, although i tried multiple times to ask them to maintain my room (4134) as the water sink was blocked with no response. To came to address the issue but its still there for 3 days

Poor facilities/ activities. The food not that good. Also, the reception and the lobby very small and you feel like 3 stars hotel.For sure not deserving this price . There are better options

I loved everything about the property! You definitely need time to explore everything it has to offer. The grounds are immaculate and the location is excellent. The staff is there for every request you may have. Amazing experience!

The property is quite large as it is connected to the Savoy. There is so much to explore. You definitely need at least three nights to experience what this hotel has to offer.

Location, very nice staff, variety of restaurants in the package, seafood, Italian, Turkish. Good for couples to have good time together with activities. Walking distance to SOHO.

we had a very relaxing week in the Royal Savoy. our favorite spot: the breakfast balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This Egyptian generosity comes from the heart. You don’t find it in many places around the world.

The evening’s buffet was not very interesting. We preferred dining outside at the SoHo Square (which was included in the all-included arrangement). The Indian and Egyptian restaurants (Mumbai and Luxor) were particularly delicious. And quiet. Perfect for couples and families too.

Everything, it is a lovely property with choice of pools, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Service staff was attentive and helpful. George, Mahmoud, Argie and Kim were very kind and provided excellent service. Check in staff was also helpful and accommodating. Rooms were a good size and kept very clean and stocked. The towel service at the beach was excellent and beverages were good. The beach was clean and easily accessible.

Some of the furniture in one of the rooms was in need of repair as there were two broken chairs and the patio furniture cushions needed cleaning and replacement. One of the toilets ran constantly and unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathrooms at the beach had declined since the last visit. There was also a decline in the number of service staff on the beach as there were only one or two servers available for all the Royal guests.

Superb staff and service in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast quality. Proximity to Soho Square. 10min airport transfer. Value for money. We are repeat customers and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sharm.

Hotel facilities, staff responsiveness, staff hospitality - gives a VIP treatment and makes you feel like a royal! Unlimited drinks as you enjoy the sandy beach or pool. The staffs make sure you have all you need! Love the hotel facilities such as sauna, buggy that take you too soho, free snorkling and comfy beach benches! Also, there is exclusive space only for royal savoy at the beach that gives you the peace amd quiet. Love the 20% discount at SOHO for dinner too! I only need to be like £8 for a meal!

Bed is a bit hard for my liking and some aesthetics look outdated.

Amazing small boutique hotel but with access to all the amenities of its sister hotel Savoy hotel and Soho Square and its restaurants etc very close by too
