Nothing, the property design is very lovely , The only draw back is there is no direct beach front, however you’re able to access the sea through stairs to swim or snorkel.

Staff was amazing, everyone took good care of us from the moment we entered starting at the reception, pool staff, restaurant staff, and animation team. Definitely will visit again.

The attitude of the staff, The maintenance for the room, The roof was leaking in the room. However, I asked the receptionist many times about the problem and the send someone just to put towel underneath the leaking.

The food chef mustafa albakari at the meat station was so nice and welcoming th kufta was spot on i ate it everyday , the location, the beach , the staff everything. The entertainments the room was amazing so is the jacuzzi.

There was one asian woman from the staff invited everyone in the beach to play a game, and she pass us without even asking us !!!!!

Hotel close to the airport. Large, beautiful area. Rooms cozy, spacious. Bed very comfortable. Everywhere very clean and white. Food delicious and varied.Great beach. Good bridge. Large area for swimming. Coral reef. Very grateful that we could swim in the sea early in the morning.The staff is very pleasant. Especially helpful, always smiling employees of the Posh Club restaurant.

Arriving at this hotel around 1pm, we didn't feel like residents of the Posh Club, because the check-in was very long and tiring. We were only escorted to our room around 3pm. We definitely didn't expect this when we bought a more luxurious stay at your hotel. But this was the only minus, which is why I'm not lowering my rating, because everything else is great

The resort is beautiful, well-organized, and very clean. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with lovely sea views and a great pool area. I truly appreciate the excellent service — especially from Habiba and Maher, who were both very kind, professional, and always helpful throughout my stay.

Nothing major — everything was well arranged and comfortable. Maybe just minor improvements could be made to Wi-Fi coverage in some areas.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff Members Tamer, maher , said, , mahmod , ms habiba were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The facilities especially the pool and restaurant ,were excellent and made the stay very relaxing.Breakfast offered a great variety and high quality. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for rest and easy access to nearby attractions.Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again.

I don’t believe I would like anything following my bad experience I had with this hotel and I wish no one suffer like the way I did

I arrived with a fully confirmed reservation, but the reception staff could not locate my booking in their system. Unfortunately, the issue was made worse by the receptionist, who was unqualified to handle the situation and unable to assist properly. Instead of taking the time to investigate or offer a solution, I was left waiting for more than 3 hours, being asked the same questions repeatedly with no progress.There was no proactive support, no escalation, and no real effort to find the booking, despite me providing all confirmation details multiple times. The receptionist’s inability to manage the situation and poor communication made the experience extremely stressful and unprofessional.In the end, I was forced to pay again on the spot at a much higher rate just to check in, simply because the staff could not locate a confirmed reservation — something that should be very basic in any hotel operation.I am now in a dispute trying to recover my money due to this avoidable issue caused by the front desk mishandling the situation.Guests should be aware: even with a confirmed booking, you may face difficulties if the reception staff is unable or unwilling to assist properly. Management needs to urgently ensure that front desk employees are trained, capable, and able to handle booking issues professionally — this situation should never happen

Everything was great

The long check in process and delays in getting the room ready especially when you consider I had Posh Club reservations

The beach was pretty good. The staff were generally helpful. Except the ones working at the beach (towel kiosk and bar)

The room unfortunately had an issue with the shower drain were we would have a puddle of water after each usage. Fridge needs to be colder. Drinks in general were warm across the property.

First of all, a big thank you to Chef Moustafa and Mr. Ahmed Fahim — they were with us throughout the entire vacation, making sure everything was perfect. They were caring and very friendly.Also, thanks to Mr. El Sayed and Mr. Mahmoud, the bartenders at the Posh Club — they were extremely friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping service could use a bit more attention, and some of the staff seemed a bit unfriendly or irritated at times.

Everything about this resort is perfect. The service the staff the food I highly recommend getting push club. It gives you nice advantages like a private restaurant, private pool, private bar and of course the Butler. And refillable Mini bar Also, the beache is wonderful and clean the sitting area on the beach is perfect. They also serve snacks and beveragesSpecial thanks Mr Thamer and Mr Alsaeed And Mr. Hazem their great cooperation and their nice hospitality

The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with amazing views. The pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxation.

Nothing major, everything was well organized and enjoyable.
