The golf area can be utilized for an Aqua park.

I was lucky to be at this hotel! It was an exceptional holiday!! The hotel was amazing including everything: rooms , lobby, welcoming and friendly staff, the location of the hotel was amazing, as it was two minutes near soho ( by walk). the food was exceptional. i would like to thank the following employees who made my trip amazing: Rashad from the room cleaning staffChef Tarek with his beautiful and welcoming smiles - who was in the right place - cooking and welcoming guests,Emad hanna who was very friendly, Mohammad Tahhan - the shuttle driver who was very friendlyand the receptionists Hany and Mohammad.

All of the staff were quite gentle and polite. Mostly I like the food especially seafood (crabs, fish, gamberi,..)

The pool bar was also excellent we always sat there and the staff there were great friends: Emad, Ahmed, and Mustafa. The cocktails were excellent.The Fontana area has special and unique offers when you sit there you don't need to go anywhere elseThank you to Antonios and Mounir, my friendly friends who always looked after us and asked if we needed anything.Thank you also for our visit to the Mandarin Bistro and trying the Indian and Chinese food for dinner. The cleanliness, friendliness of the stuff, activities, food, calm environment, the sea, the gardens, sauna vouchers, bowling, good internet connection, free transfer to the city, beach services, view from the sea. It was very very nice.

At night, sometimes some guests continued talking loudly outside the lobby near the restaurant. It was audible from the room. Although there is a closing time, some guests didn’t follow through.

The food was diverse and delicious, absolutely. In addition, the reception staff were very kind and helpful, especially Adly, who took care of me. I would like to extend my special thanks to him.The cleanliness was very good. I also liked the beach; however, the Savoy section is closer, so beach lovers might want to consider that area.Additionally, there are two cats staying at the hotel and they were incredibly cute, it was a real pleasure to see them.

I had a wonderful stay at Sierra Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and inviting, and the facilities are excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of service throughout my stay. I had a great experience at Sierra, thanks in large part to the outstanding service at reception. Samuel Aid was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered with care and clarity. Their friendly attitude truly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended!Very big thanks to Samuel.

Overall - decent

Some renovations needed, and food was decent. The food offerings should focus more on quality than quantity. Also - the drinks across the board were poor quality.

Food and cleanliness, Thank you Mr Adly at the reception and we loved the beach and the sea.

We love the staff they are very kind and so respectful. The reception staff ( Adly and Amir) and so kind respectful and at our service 24/7. The dining room staff ( Kerilos, Marcos, Rasha, and Mervat) are so nice, friendly and welcoming.We thank everyone from the bottom of our heart and for making our vacation the best experience possible.

The best Staff and Hotel

The hotel is very close to the airport. Staff is ok food is also good.

There is different rules. In some pools is kids not allowed to swim which is unacceptable. There is just 2-3 pools they have rules.Don’t go with you kids there is more like Adult hotel. In the restaurant is the place for the kids there is AC not open and is hot. If mum and dad will sit there is really hot.After check out the they let us wait for check the room if everything is ok or not (never saw that)

Great rich cuisines, breathtaking landscape, beautiful beach for snorkeling, lovely pools & fantastic location!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing—delicious and with a good variety. One of the highlights was definitely the Wi-Fi, which was surprisingly fast and reliable throughout our stay.The location is also a big plus, just a short walk from SOHO Square, where you can find shops, restaurants, and places to relax in the evening.

While the facilities were generally OK, the rooms and buildings could use some renovation. They felt a bit outdated and didn’t quite match the quality of the service and food.

The hotel’s location is great as it’s inside Soho Square. The food is decent and worth the price. The cleanliness was excellent — the room was cleaned every day. Although the rooms are a bit old, it wasn’t a problem at all. One of the best things about the hotel was definitely the staff. Everyone — from the adult pool to the beach bar and even the security — was always smiling and friendly. Whenever you smiled at them, they greeted you back warmly. Their positive attitude really stood out during our stay. There’s a shuttle to the hotel’s private beach every 20 minutes, and it only takes 5 minutes to get there. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay — the corals and Red Sea fish were truly amazing.

The biggest downside of our stay was the lack of information provided. As someone who has stayed in many 5-star resorts, this was the first time I was disappointed with the reception staff. They didn’t give us any information about the hotel — they just handed our room card to the bellboy and sent us to the room ? I had never experienced anything like that before. We had to figure everything out ourselves, and since it’s a large resort, at least a brochure about the facilities or daily activities could’ve been helpful.Other staff members were attentive enough. However, we noticed that Arabic-speaking guests received noticeably more attention — especially in the main restaurant. While their large tables were being served drinks directly, the rest of the guests were mostly left alone. This might be due to the staff’s limited English skills, I’m not sure.The main restaurant was decent overall, but the beach bar was disappointing. The food quality was low, and fries tasted like fish because they were fried in the same oil. The alcohol quality was poor — we didn’t drink anything except beer.Would I stay here again? I’m not sure. Maybe just for the beach, which was the highlight of our trip.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent.The cleanliness was outstanding, the maintenance was perfect, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were kind and professional, and the food was delicious with a lot of variety. Everything was amazing and more than satisfying. We really enjoyed every moment!
