Everything was amazing

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and stayed 6 nights in a jacuzzi room. Thanks to the adults-only concept, the atmosphere was truly quiet, calm, and relaxing, while still offering plenty of activities and entertainment for those who want to have fun. Every day we felt special, and we would like to sincerely thank the whole team for making that happen.The hotel has restaurants with different international cuisines and each one was delicious—a big thank you to all the chefs and the restaurant team. Portions can be a bit small, but it genuinely gives you the feeling of a fine dining experience.We would also like to separately thank the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and cleanliness.Special thanks to Mr. Taher at Yades Restaurant for his constant warm smile and service, and to Mr. Mohammed for his signature cocktail and friendly conversations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Mentioning these names doesn’t mean we’re excluding others—there wasn’t a single staff member we didn’t like. They asked for our feedback every day and we never had a bad experience.Lastly, thank you as well for the kind surprise/gesture on our final night—it meant a lot to us.We would especially recommend this place to anyone getting married in the winter. We visited in January, and while it was snowing back home in Türkiye, we had the chance to enjoy a real “summer break.” It was possible to swim in both the sea and the pool. Even though it was quite windy on some days, overall we experienced spring-like evenings and summer-like days.

Animation was perfect

The food and the restaurant service is not up to five stars resort. I don’t like it when we asked the waiter for any thing it takes forever if they bring it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful, supportive, and always welcoming with a warm smile. His professionalism and care made a real difference.The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping team deserves appreciation for maintaining such high standards. The beach and sea view are absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.I truly love this place and its amazing team, and I look forward to coming back again. It’s extremely clear, the staff like Ahmed, Hosam, Hussain(Tupa) were extremely great people and very helpful. Staff smiles and help out all the time.

Nothing. Everything was great!

We arrived exhausted from the airport and were immediately treated very poorly by the receptionist, Ahmad. He was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory, making us feel unwelcome from the start. His behavior completely ruined our first impression. On top of that, the room was dirty, with hair from previous guests in the bathroom. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

The hotel is simply amazing; I really have never stayed in such an incredible hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly (shot out to Hassan in the beach bar, the happiest person I've ever met), the facilities are pristine, the food is reaaally good despite having seen mixed reviews online. They have daily events to keep you unbored that really add up to the experience. They constantly check up on you to make sure everything is up to the standards.

The only thing I would recommend improving is the alcohol selection. Even though it is an all-inclusive hotel, the alcohol served is very limited and (except for soft drinks, wine and beer) from one single local brand.

Beautiful and well kept gardens, clean swimming pools with heating

Disgusting tasteless lowest quality food in most restaurants. The room looked very worn. Dirt here and there.

Very clean facilities and very kind staff. I had the pleasure to be served by Hussein from Bar service team and Ramadhan from Hookah team, both were very kind and helped me on a daily basis to make sure I have a good enjoyable stay

The place itself is amazing , the designs, service, ppl are very friendly.Food quality is really good, ingredients are fresh.Rooms are clean and designed in white warm colour.This is our third time here, and will not be the last isA.Very Close to the airport, walking to Soho square.

All the people that are working in this hotel are wonderful and helpful . They are very nice. They are very great. I like the food and the restaurants . The restaurants have variable food options. Italian, Greek and international with Egyptian foods ☺️are great.

The resort is beautifully designed with a calm, modern atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and the adults-only concept made the stay very relaxing. The food quality was excellent, and the views were stunning.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, some areas could benefit from more evening activities, but overall it was a great experience.

I really like the hotel, the layout, the beach and how friendly the staff is. There are 7 different restaurants so at first, it took some time to find what we like to eat in the hotel but after that, we really enjoyed the food and everything. There is room for improvement in the service as the restaurant staff needs more experience.
