We were given a connecting room so we had to listen to the neighbors talking until dawn.On Friday nights the beach was run like a club so we had to endure the noise until 3am.

The location was good.

Food not much choice and repetitive. Snack at the poolside very limited. Works being done right above our room with the spa. Also when lay by the pool was very noisey at times with the work going on. Was offered to move room but we should have been told about the works prior to staying.

very noisy it's like sleeping in a disco require alot of maintenance. a/c not working at all . beach is dirty. night shaw is not worth 1 minute. special thank to Mr kaim and Mustafa.Mr Jhon was not helpful at all. this hotel need to be inspected by booking more often

Most mornings there was good selection especially the pastries and general hot foods, staff were receptive also and would accommodate on any requests but to be honest due to early diving we spent little time in the morning for breakfast’s

Breakfast was ordinary, the yogurts etc side could improve with better fruit and cereals, some days depending what time you were there the Russians would pile there plates leaving nothing for others and also push in on the omelette stand where we had to say excuse me there is a que, we were early as we were diving every day, sitting outside was a shame because of the Crows being bests..although we were all inclusive getting served at some of the bars was painful especially when we were not in the hotel most of the day and times we had to wait for bottles of beer as the bar didn’t have any and small measures served was not ideal which meant back and forth, we weren’t big drinkers at all due to our diving, the yellow topped guys could help the staff in stead of just watching the bar staff which you could clearly see they didn’t like at all like micro managing, we got the reasons but they hotel could learn from this towards their staff.

Very clean, spacious room

I was told, one drink with breakfast. One drink with dinner, disappointed to find out the drink with dinner is water only. Not even allowed juice.

Friendly staff in the main, with one or two utter numpties.

The crows that invade the outdoor restaurant and pool, they are a real health hazard.The very loud music played around the pool during the day and the bar in the evening.The WiFi in the room was dreadful, dropping out constantly and only managing 3-4mps when working.

The view from my room was spectacular I stayed in room 121 and i really loved how can I see the beach and the show feom my own room The size of the bed was amazing for a single person

The food was below average in vatiety and taste. Even the water is restricted during lunch and dinner although I was taking the all inclusive option.The elevatir wasn’t working and the stairs are too high for someone +60

Its an old hotel, the food is not really wonderful but the workers do their best to make you feel comfortable.

Comfy room with a nice view. Breakfast was good. Perfect location between Emperor Divers and the jetty.

noisy AC and smoking smell, we didn't sleep well and minibar fridge is not working well even they replace it once .

Best location in Namaa , the staff are very welcoming especially reception team , services at restaurant & Bars is good , and food is nice.

The hotel view was really good some of the staff were very friendly specially Omar he work in the beach bar

Avoid this hotel guys the room was was really bad like u living in the 60th tv not working no WiFi in the rooms the food was absolutely terrible and disgusting had bad tummy for 2 days then u go down on the beach and there a guy called brakat he’s the most unprofessional life hard i ever meet he’s insulting me and harassment me and the reason he said because I’m chatting to other guest and because I’m British Muslim I shouldn’t been talking to anyone that was shocking to me I wouldn’t advice anyone to go there and I wouldn’t go back my self there even for free
