Pools and beach, food was good, majority of staff friendly and responsive

Hotel has a compact system from room to restaurant and pool to beach.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the beach is very nice and not rocky. They also helped us arrange very nice leisure trips to the white island and other places too.

The hotel’s location is excellent—everything is nearby and convenient. The staff were outstanding. Special thanks to the gentleman at reception—I believe his name was Chawki—who kindly helped us with early check-in. Also, a tall gentleman in the restaurant named Mohamed was incredibly helpful and attentive. He remembered what we liked and always made sure we had everything we needed without asking.The food was clean and decent, but there weren’t many options, especially for lunch and dinner. More variety would definitely improve the experienceThe beach was amazing—clean, quiet, and relaxing.

The room itself wasn’t very satisfying. It needs renewal, and the bathroom setup isn’t comfortable for Muslim guests—there’s no bidet or handheld hose. The balcony view was beautiful, but it lacked privacy. For someone wearing a hijab, it felt too exposed. It would be great if some privacy screens could be added to balconies without ruining the hotel’s beautiful exterior look.

Hotel was very comfortable. Beach was clean and taken care of. Stuff at the hotel was friendly and always ready to help. You could see the effort they were putting into making us comfortable.

Everything was really good and if you had any complaints they took them seriously and tried to fix it.

All staff is very friendly and helpful, the property is very clean and the quality of food is very delicious. Thank you so much for everything ???

This hotel offers excellent facilities—you can enjoy the pool, beach, restaurants, and bar all just a few steps away.You can really tell they go the extra mile to provide top-quality service to their guests. The facilities are spotless and very welcoming.The cocktail service is varied and efficient, with no long waits—you can even have cocktails served to your seat by the pool.We mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the attention we received was outstanding: a beautiful room with views of both the beach and the pool, a cake delivered to our room, and a bed decorated specially for the occasion.The overall atmosphere is peaceful and laid-back.All the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and respectful.

Everything is outstanding. I just recommend that the audio on the poolside terrace should be improved to fully enjoy the live music shows held in the evenings.

The staff was very polite and attentive, they dealt with every single one of our problems and tried to find solutions before we even mentioned it. The food and breakfast were very good, including the desserts, they were extremely delicious. The a la carte restaurants offered very nice experiences. The beach, the sandy entrance, and examining the fish in the small reef on the beach were fun. The pool was also very enjoyable, the pool bar doubled the fun. The rooms were spotless and the cocktails were very nice. I am sure it is one of the best in Egypt. Thanks to the whole team for this nice experience.

The warm welcome received from the front desk team specially Salah ,location of the hotel is one minute from the old souk, staff were super friendly and professional specially in the restaurant outlet, they went beyond our expectations delivering the service with love and simplicity which we call it excellent hospitality , food is tasty specially in the Italian restaurant . A big thank you to Karim who was surprising us with towels decorations on the bed and well cleaned room . In general it’s a friendly hotel , very convenient for couples and family .

It was very clean — the entire hotel, including the rooms and the restaurant. Definitely 5-star worthy. The staff alone (at the reception, restaurants, and bar) are reason enough to return to this hotel. They were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We felt truly welcome.The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and new beach towels provided every day. Each room had a minibar, and water bottles were refilled daily.The hotel is very suitable for elderly guests because it’s small-scale and there’s no need to walk long distances. There are also only a limited number of steps within the hotel — for example, when going from the rooms or restaurant to the beach.During your stay, in addition to the buffet restaurant, you can enjoy à la carte dining at both an Egyptian and an Italian restaurant, which is a nice change. Every evening, the animation team organized excellent shows with music, dancing, and singing. On the beach, there were also light sports activities, and yoga classes were offered as well.The beach is spacious, with plenty of room between guests — you’re not packed closely together, which is a big plus. And if you can’t find a sunbed or lounge chair, just ask a staff member and they’ll make sure to help you and take care of everything. The service really stands out.

Staff, food, facilities and everything

Good choice and quality of food and a selection of restaurants so you did not get bored of the same food. The breakfast chef made the best omelettes.The staff were incredibly friendly and Maher kept our room spotless.Aqua Nabq Diving are located in the hotel and provide boat trips to some amazing dive and snorkel spots. Ras Mohammed National Park, Tiran Island and White Island. These trips were the highlight of our stay and we did 3 of them. The team on the boat were incredible lads and treated us like royalty.

The beach is nice hand the sea is calm, however there are no reefs within swimming off the beach as some other hotels have. The hotel does provide a short boat ride to the nearest coral reef for $10

Everything in this hotel was perfect! Food, beach, staff;) Hotel is located close to city center as well. I recommend book a table in two restaurants in the hotel. If you like snorkeling it is beautiful coral reef just 20 minutes by boat from the hotel.

This was my second time staying and I’ll always go back. It is a hotel with a lot of rooms but, you feel like you are in small boutique hotel. Very sweet.I wanted to change my room type. Although the hotel was fully booked the front office manager Mr. Mahmoud (who I can’t thank enough) he worked on it personally, almost for an hour and gave me the room type I asked for.Thanks to the hotel team and special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud.

Everything is perfect! The staff is lovely. Especially the kind and generous cleaner Mohamed Abdul Fatah. Sami the manager of the restaurant is an amazing person. He made our stay comfortable and we didn’t need to worry about anything. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant, we got everything we asked for and all the persons are really kind and helpful. Mohammad Ali the boy who serves the drink is an absolute sweetheart, he works all day but smile every single time. But everyone was perfect, the entertainment and hygiene was top. I have not been in such a good hotel. We were 5 person, and all 5 persons were happy. At the and of the stay we got breakfast meal packets, and they guided us out. Whenever we went out they asked for our room number, to make sure that we return safely. This hotel provided everything, safety, hygiene, good food, good people like Mohamed Abdul Fatah and everything else.

Amazing hotel with nice facilities, amazing food and very friendly employees. Special thanks to Farouk and Mohammed and also the other people on the reception! The dinners at Blue Marine restaurant also made my stay special as it was always extremely tasty there.

- The boat to coral bay for $/person, you better walk 15 minutes instead. - 4 lanes road to be crossed when you walk to the old town, not sure if the hotel can do anything to calm the traffic there

My stay was exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. The beach was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. For dinner, the resort offered a variety of restaurants, each providing a unique and delightful dining experience. The staff were truly impressive, always friendly, positive and helpful.

Food were very delicious. Location is very close to Old Market and, Stuff were very helpful. There was not so crowded even hotel was full.
