Food variety Room maintenance

Location was good, it has its own beach front, diving center is on the property.

The rooms and facilities are pretty poor. Even if we had all inclusive service, we barely could eat anything. Even to get a table and cutleries were hard during breakfast and dinner time, it was a real fight for our chair and plates every single time. Food was also very poor quality. There is a lot of room for improvement….

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and the facilities are outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help.A special thanks to Mr. Jordan Joseph, the hotel manager, for his exceptional leadership and professionalism. His presence and attention to details truly made the stay more comfortable and memorable.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Good hotel overall, but the elevator is very far and quite slow, so it takes a long time—especially if your room is near the beach. Walking can be tiring because of the distance.

The bed were sooo comfortable !! The room was spacious and clean. We had a pool view with a balcony which we enjoyed.

We arrived very early since our flight landed at 6h30 am and the first front desk agent was rude and it felt like he was done with his day. He still told us we could have a room earlier but with little details. He also took our passeport and said he would bring it back but left without doing it. I wasn’t feeling safe without my passeport. I went back and the new front desk agent was way nicer and gave me our passeports back !

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always full of positive energy, which made our experience even more enjoyable.We would especially like to thank Mr. Jordian for accompanying us during our stay, as well as the housekeeping staff for room 1116. The gentleman who took care of our room was very polite, sweet, and attentive.Because of this great experience, we would definitely love to come back again.Highly recommended!

The resort is very beautiful with all the facilities. Staff is very kind and always available to support. Services are very good. Breakfast was also very nice. The views are amazing and very nice areas next to the beach. The location is also very good near to old market and namaa bay.

the rooms are outdated and room cleanliness is not upto the mark. The bathroom was clogged. Some of the staff is always looking to get some tips.

The location where one can snorkel right off the shore.

Other hotel guests who step all over the coral reefs. Clear in-person verbal and graphic indication of this being forbidden right at the point of the jetty (not just at the entrance of the beach)is to be anticipated. A guard on the other jetty with wooden planks should help.

Location is great have a dedicated sea shore, with multiple pools as well…most of the rooms can have sea view which is amazing

Food is just bad, no variety , quality of food it self is low even for desserts , room is big and have a nice space however the furniture itself is very very old

Absolutely amazing solo stay at Safir Sharm El Sheikh! ?✨I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel during my solo trip. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was outstanding — especially the Italian dishes ?, seafood ??, and fresh marine specialties. And for dessert lovers, you must try the Red Velvet cake… it’s simply exceptional! ?❤️A huge shout-out to the Animation Team and the Bar Team — you all made my stay truly special. The energy, friendliness, and professionalism were on another level. Special thanks to Hammody and Ibram from the Animation Team for their incredible vibes and warm spirit. ?? You guys made every day fun and memorable, even though I was traveling alone!Overall, Safir Sharm El Sheikh exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to come back! ??

The hospitality was exceptional like I was among my family, I liked the Room so much and the view was great. The animation team made a big effort to creat a good vibes.I can’t miss the opportunity to thank Mr. Jordian George who made the stay very smooth and delightful.

Few things would make the property at the top, food and hot drinks diversity, and Wifi speed.

The prices inside resort are bit expensive…

The property size and concept are very promising and give you many options for spending few days of vacation. The size of the room was impressive (large room, large bathroom, large balcony, walk-in dressing) - I was upgraded from DeLuxe to Premium, with seaview. The staff is making personal efforts to make you feel good. The reception staff is always there for you to try to take any requests. Impressive surface of swimming pools.

Although making great personal efforts, the staff cannot compensate the lack of professional training or clear standards; or technical limitations around the property. The room was poor technical quality with several things not looking good or not working. They fix everything if you ask, but that is not the point in a vacation. It is not a bad experience, but you may feel the property is little old and needs refresh.

We booked the all-inclusive package and arrived quite late — yet to our delight, the hotel had already arranged a food for us as a warm welcome. A small issue with our room was handled instantly by Mr. Jordian, whose professionalism and care exceeded all expectations. He surprised us by upgrading us to what is undoubtedly one of the best rooms in the hotel, offering a spectacular sunrise view over the sea.Room 2601 was maintained to perfection by Mr. Emad — the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding every single day. The buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes and changing menus, and the team was impressively quick and attentive with table service. Thanks to the all-inclusive option, we enjoyed drinks at any moment with an extensive selection to choose from.The facilities are fantastic — from snorkeling opportunities and beautiful pools to a great volleyball court where we had so much fun. A special mention goes to Mr. Islam, whose kindness truly stood out: he graciously extended our last day with full access to all services, even though our flight was at night — something we have rarely experienced, even after traveling to many hotels around the world.This stay was simply outstanding — a genuine 100/10 experience. We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. This hotel is exceptional in every way. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Habibi !

Alcoholic beverages that comes in the all inclusive package 1/10 but Abdullah was trying his best to make the best out of it.Room key cards gets dimagnatized quick 5/10Cheaf/Cook Ahmed Dahy 2/10 he has an attitude of being impatient listening to your request on how you like your meals get cooked and how to communicate properly with the guest Room bathroom need renovation specially the bedit water pressure Telephones inside the rooms are not working but they have an alternative which is whats app communications with all departments which is good that you can contact them feom anywhere, however Room phone line is still needed for wakeup calls and faster communication and also privacy purposes not to use whats app.I am a regular guest on this hotel since it was Heliton water falls and the reason I am not giving 10/10 for everything is because I wanted it to be the best because I want to keep coming again and again.
