Very disappointing and not worth the money!This hotel was a big letdown. food not tasty at all!!the bathroom and shower were not clean. air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable.We were seated at the restaurant in a place we didn’t want.Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. What impressed me most was the exceptional staff — everyone was extremely kind, respectful, and always ready to help, especially the reception team who made me feel very welcome.The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is just perfect. I truly give everything a 10 out of 10 — or even 1000 out of 10✅

However, I believe there’s room for improvement in two areas. First, the quality of the food could be enhanced. For a hotel of this standard and price, the food should better reflect the overall experience — currently, it feels more like something you’d find in a lower-tier hotel. Second, the pool area could use some renovation, as it looks a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.Aside from that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again!

I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. Terrible staff except for employee Atef. The only adequate person in this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is for pensioners. They do not allow anyone to relax and rest normally. Constantly comes up this is not allowed, this is our concept. In a word, if anyone wants to ruin their vacation, then this hotel is for them.

We asked those we spoke to at this hotel to write Booking. Because most people come with a package tour and can't write their opinion. So I'm writing on behalf of many vacationers. I'll now add a photo of the worst employee of this hotel.

Lovely grounds although undergoing some renovations at the time of our stay so the upper pools and lazy river not accessible.

Because the upper pools were closed we had to use the lower pool. This has the misfortune or the entertainment team. The entertainment team seam to run this area as there own personal rave area. Very load and offensive music. (I’m sure the lyrics of some of the songs are lost on the staff as if they could understand them the management would surely not let them play them). The buffet food although well cooked and presented offered very little variety from day to day.

We received an upgrade to the Royal Monte Carlo Sarm on arrival, this was a surprised for us. We booked the deluxe room with sea view (Monte Carlo Sharm) with a choise of two restaurants. In the Royal Monte Carlo we had lounge for breakfast and lunch. The dinner we could choos and order. The staff were very friendly and did everything for our well-being. We can only recommend it. (Royal Monte Carlo Sharm)

The hotel has a very nice house reef! A diving centre with boot trip is also available. Unfortunately, snorkelling is only possible to a limited extent for safety reasons. (Take a agreement with lifeguard, pity)

All perfect.The resort is very very big.You choose 5 restaurants inside.Also you have BIG buffet and very cordially receptionist. TALK WITH NUMBER ONE MAHMOOD AND SIMON AND HELP YOU ALWAYS.THE BEST RECEPTIONIST ❤️

Everything20th time in Sharm, first time at Monte carlo.We had our doubts because it has 8.4 rating so we first booked just 2 nights to try., but after the first night we were sure that we will not move to another hotel so we stayed 5 nights.The employees tried to make us happy all the time and asked all the time if we needed anything. Everything was perfect more than we expectedThe only thing you can do is is to add free shuttlle to old market.

Staff were nice. The room was good. The gardens were beautiful and kept well. It was very clean around the resort. The waves restaurant had nice burgers and chips.

Food was the same every day and not very good quality. Food not hot and sometimes dry. The alcohol measures were tiny, like just a cap full. Many times we had to complain. The Christmas Dinner and new year Dinner was €200 per person for each meal, but this was not mentioned on checking in. There's no actual beach, only a jetty to access the sea. Sunbeds around the pool were uncomfortable but on the beach they were better. Was it worth the expensive price? No, not really.

The gardens are well kept and beautiful. The room was large and had 2 big double beds. The bathroom had a bath, a separate shower and a separate toilet. It had plenty of toiletries. The fridge was well stocked and we had fruit and sparkling wine. The staff were very friendly and helped you wherever you went. There's 2 nice pools, one is heated. There's not an actual beach, it's man made. To get into the sea you have 2 jettys but one was closed for the duration of our stay.

We went to 2 specialised restaurants, Chinese and the Grill. The food was very poor, tasteless. We were disappointed. In the main buffet restaurant it was pretty much the same every day, but the soup was nice. The alcohol is the cheapest in Egypt at 100 egp per bottle, and yet the measure you get was so small, it was ridiculous. We did complain to the barman about the small measure and he put another tiny amount into the glass. It has a lazy river, but no floatation rings to use it, plus it wasn't working when we arrived, although they turned it on for us, then we went to buy floats from the shop.

The hotel is close to the sea, where is a beautiful reef with a wide variety of exotic fish, well-groomed territory, cleanliness in the room, delicious and varied food, very hospitable and friendly staff.

There was a bit of a lack of entertainment, although this is not exactly a disadvantage for a relaxing holiday concept.

Some of the food served was great but maybe the variety of the food needs to be looked at.

service at the main restaurant could be better especially when you ask for a fork while you are about to eat. The prices of the facility maybe over rated. I did not like the taxi service they have at the reception as it is extremely expensive (my flight from Sharm to Cairo airport cost 1500 Egyptian pounds for example and their service for one ride from the hotel to the airport which does not exceed 15 km. costs 750 pounds) and these are not the prices that locals pay here so it felt like being ripped off.

Everything! The resort is beautiful. The food and drinks were fantastic. We could not believe that right on the beach, is a coral reef where you can snorkel!

The only thing I would say, is there wasn’t a lot of entertainment or any bars for enjoying a drink after dinner.
