Pros +
- I liked the entire experience, nothing bad to say. Staff was excellent, reasonable prices and clean. Everyone was helpful and went well out of their way to make you comfortable.
- We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and they did their best to make us feel good and that refferes to the receptionists, the waiters, the room cleaner, the outdoor cooks, the beach towels' changer...The food at the restaurant was very good and tasty. However, I would have preffered to have more choices of traditional food for getting a taste of local Egyptian cuisine. Overall, a very nice and pleasant stay.
- The food was really good! The decorations were beautiful, staffs were great.
Cons -
- The pool bartender needs a bit more training in preparing the drinks. It was very obvious that they had no idea how to prepare a tequilla sunrise, a pink lady and so on...
- The WiFi was not stable, sometimes lost connection.
- The WiFi almost doesn't work anywhere. Also if you are close to the router it doesn't work or it's so slow that you can barely upload something.

The hotel overall has everything you need with an Arabic interior details and furnitures. The staff was exceptional, friendly and always polite. The food was also good and various. We always found something different and we have been positively surprised! There are 3 pools and we had 2 alternatives for the beaches (one just crossing the street in front of the hotel and the second one you have a minibus that takes you there within minutes). The room was big and cleaned properly daily. The bathroom may needed a renovation but nothing too major and we really enjoyed our stay

Food was excellent. Good variety to cater for adults and children.
WIFI wasn't good. No hot water in the shower and bathroom basin. The hotel is a bit tired and needs upgrading.

Location, cleanliness, food quality & variety and wonderful staff
The cleaner of the room was a talent!! He made us everyday new shape with the towels at the bed! Roses swans and elephants. Big room. 3 pools. 3 bars in the hotel and a restaurant. The all inclusive was good with cocktails and drinks. You can also find in the hotel a shop with clothes snorkel sim cards and oils. And spa with a lot of things you can do. There is also and barbershop inside.
Kalimera beachTaste & quality of the foodThe room size & the balcony Taha in the restaurant , Mohamed in the reception , the beach staff were really helpful Mr sayed was decent (he agreed to make a discount for the charge of my second child who is over 4 )
Some of the staff are treating Egyptians unpolitely especially from the kitchen ( the pizza chef and chef Sarhan were a great example for discrimination .)The furniture in the room need to be renewed especially the bed makes a big noise
Good location Great facilities Good food
They don’t provide early check in !! They supposed to help the guest more

Everything was exceptional Special thanks to restaurant, reception, animation team
great pools - very nice vibe - not too loud with the all day music as other places are. only one night but really enjoyed my stay
I don’t usually write reviews—I rate. But I have to write a few words about this hotel because I believe it deserves a much higher rating than it currently has.We arrived late at night, completely exhausted, just wanting to lie down and sleep. The reception team was more than ready for us – check-in took one minute. Then, we were greeted by the wonderful young man, Ramadan, who offered us tours. I thought to myself, “All I want is a bed...”And yet, Ramadan read the situation perfectly. In under three minutes, he sold us two excursions. I told him what we were looking for in 15 seconds, and he explained our options in 30. Within the next minute, we exchanged numbers and paid, and it was all set. Impressive, to say the least. We booked the most basic room, assuming we’d only sleep there, but it exceeded our expectations. It has simple oriental decor and is equipped with a fridge, hair dryer, safe, TV, kettle, bottled water, fruit, tea, and coffee. You even get a beach towel from the hotel. Honestly, it was much more than we expected. The food is abundant, and when I say ample, I mean everything is available, always. Meat, vegetables, fruit, desserts – sometimes I didn’t even know where to start because I wanted to try it all. The servers are phenomenal. They remember you when you arrive and pay attention to your habits and preferences. Always polite, always helpful, and always smiling – without exception.A special shoutout to my favorite waiter, Mohamed, who probably doesn’t make as much coffee in a week as he had to make for me in a day. ?The hotel has three pools, but we found ourselves sticking to the one near the bar – the cocktail bar. Toti, the cocktail master, could tell just by my look whether I needed a cocktail or juice, whether it was time to relax or energize. Legendary. The hotel also has a spa, which comes at an extra cost but is worth every cent. Fatima, the massage therapist, tried to massage the stress out of me – not an easy task – but during ou
Staff is super polite and friendly, especially th3 receptionist Estam and barman Tutto. The room was stunning and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious especially the omelette .
Only one bar served alcoholic drinks and the quality of the drinks was so so. Wine only serbed at the dinner
One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had!? amazing place, very friendly staff, quiet, clean and comfortable. Totally recommended!
Just Wifi wasn’t working in one of the rooms
Hassled around the pool constantly . Food repetitive. Rooms , especially bathroom very dated
The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and style, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which we really appreciated. The cleanliness was up to standard, and it was great that the hotel allowed early check-in, making our arrival much smoother. We also enjoyed the chance to visit Kalimera Beach using the hotel’s shuttle bus—despite the slightly windy weather, we had a nice time there.
The room didn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures, and the furniture felt a bit outdated. The cocktails weren’t great, and while the food was decent, it wasn’t anything special. One of the most frustrating experiences was being denied entry to Gafy Beach just because we hadn’t picked up a ticket from reception, even though we were wearing the hotel’s bracelets and towels. It felt unnecessary and inconvenient, and in the end, we didn’t get to visit that beach at all. On top of that, there wasn’t much to do at the hotel, so we ended up booking an excursion to explore other places.
