Good and clean, but rudimentary. New hair dryer, flip-flops, water or coffee...

The rooms had AC

The beds had hair in it and was not up to par. I also did not enjoy the selection of food.

Only water to drink for dinner ? no good, have to pay for coffee or tea juice ☕? I did take half bord because I don't eat much for lunch, they said I have to everything included!

The treatment of the receptionists, as they were very cooperative and helpful. I would appreciate the clean and organized room every day. Thanks a lot for the house keeper. In general it was a good value, meaning that what you pay you will find. Good Budget.

The food wasn't too fresh and not well done cooked and there were not too many options. Moreover the pool needs to be cleaner.

JUST LOCATION OF THE HOTEL and NOTHING ELSE

Noise from the air conditioner in the room… even after my complaint, nothing changed. No Wi-Fi, terrible cleanliness — I even had skin rashes when leaving the hotel. The bedding was of a very bad quality, breakfast very basic and ended too early (9:30 a.m.) with no options. On top of that, the phone in my room didn’t work.It was a very bad experience actually.

The staff is great. Very kind and helpful. This makes the hotel much better than fancier hotels ive stayed in. Im a frequent returning guest and each time i find it great. The atmosphere is a family like warm and welckming. There are animation activities for all ages. The swimming pool is not very big but large enough. Personally i have food allergies so my food is served to my room. I really like this hotel.

Personally i have a problem with the price that rose several times in the last 2 years and for ne has become quite costly. Buts thats me.

The staff. The atmosphere. The willingness to meet every request. On schedule. Nice music in the pool area. Theres a special vibe that connects between the blend of nations staying here.

Only the price is too costly for me. It used to be much cheaper. That makes me stay less than i wish.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—everything you need is just steps away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant, with plenty of exciting activities to keep you entertained.

the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and frequently disconnected, which made staying connected a challenge. Additionally, the shuttle buses to the beach and nearby cities were outdated and lacked air conditioning, which made transportation uncomfortable at times.

The hotel staff is very professional. They meet you with a smile, are very friendly , polite and suportive. Special thanks to Ahmed from cleaning team, Samir and Eslam from the bar and the restaurant for making our stay really nice. I liked very much that is was not boring to stay at the hotel, there is good entertainment all day long. The shuttle to the beach in the morning and to Old Market/Naama Bay in the evenings was also a huge plus.The hotels rooms and common arreas are very clean. There are high hygiene standards at the pool, in the restaurant, everywhere.The lifegyards are very carefull and react immediately when needed.

There is no expresso machine at the bar. There was no meny for a la carte.The music, although nice , was too loud in the afternoon so there was no posibility to sleep or rest in the afternoon if you needed. Way too loud, makes it hard to have a conversation, a phone call or a zoom meeting, as the rooms are not soundproof and you hear everything like outside.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude, which made it impossible for me to continue my stay. The breakfast was very poor, and they even charge extra for water.Additionally, they advertise a private beach, but that’s misleading. You have to take a bus that takes 15 minutes to get there, and it only runs twice a day. This means you could end up waiting for hours for the bus to return.Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The location was near the old market

Our flight arrived late and we had prior asked the hotel to prepare our room coz we will be tired when arriving (2 am). Even tho, the room had no toiletries for bath and the room was dirty. There was blood in the toilet and we had to flush it.! This was very disgusting. Also the lock on the door was not working and when we asked to change room, we got a better room but bo toiletries nor towels. And at check out, the reception was rude when we told him we were not happy with our stay.

Cheap and cheerful no frills hotel with a heated pool. Voucher available to buy for 75E£ at reception for entry to a beach with sunbeds, good snorkelling and toilets. Also a nice restaurant on site. Entry without voucher was 200E£. 20min walk or taxi from hotel. There was a shuttle bus twice a day to a free sandy beach but we didn't go there. The buffet food was a small selection and quickly replenished. A bit repetitive as often is at AI hotels. The soup was never very hot but the chef replaced it with no problem when we asked nicely.

The bar staff were not very efficient. Most days they ran out of ice, beer and glasses as they seemed to wait until there was none left to go fetch stock. All Inclusive drinks were served by the glass in half filled small tumblers or even smaller single use plastic ones. There were recycling bins available but not sure that anything actually got recycled as the gardeners emptied them all into the same bag as their garden rubbish.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is nice enough. I love the kiddie pool, the playground although simple, the kids loved it! They had lifeguard all day for the pool which was great in my eyes. The selection of food was alright, but a bit repetitive. A couple of cons: we had all inclusive and we would get drinks served in the tiniest plastic cup, it would vary, sometimes in a tiny bit bigger plastic cup. Coffee in a paper cup. I like my coffee on a mug. We felt judge when we would ask for drinks, they would speak in their language, asking for an omelet was the hardest thing, I would ask for everything and two ingredients would get added, didn’t matter how I tried, then the next person would come along and they would get everything. I was so baffled. Wasn’t sure if it’s because I was a woman? Some of the staff were great, while others make you feel uncomfortable, not just me being a woman but the husband of my friend also, when he would go ask for drinks. Just didn’t feel right. Not welcomed. The beds were a bit on the hard side, first night it was so uncomfortable for me. But by the end of our stay I had gotten used to it. We didnt like that breakfast ended @9:30am, although they had continental until 12pm.

Since the beach is located quite far from the hotel, more frequent shuttle transfers – including paid options – would be highly appreciated. Unfortunately, using local taxis can often lead to issues, as tourists are frequently overcharged.

Very nice hotel ?I was spending my honeymoon there and enjoyed it a lot ? Professional and friendly staff, clean room, delicious food all perfect strongly recommend it ?
