The hotel location was good it has nice local places around it , Chiara from the entertainment team was a good humble person and we all loved her

The treatment since day one was awful, I’ve booked a pool view rooms they gave me something else and they tried to put us in another room but it was very old , also the food at the beginning was not that good but when we made a complain about it they changed it for good .The beach is not that close you need to walk about 10 minutes in the heat , although they have a bus but it only goes one hour round.The most important part was the cleaning, honestly its not that clean , one time we had to wait for a couple of hours so they can get us towels we called several times and they say we’ll bring right away but nothing, even when we told them we were going to write about these thing it didn’t matter to them , the second issue that we had when we found out that they only fold the used towels and put it for use again , this is very disgusting we were three people in the room mixing the towels is not sanitary and why even not to put clean ones ,why!!! This was the breaking point for me and i wanted to leave immediately. One last thing is , all including means all including not just the three meals ,many things in the hotels needed to be paid although we booked all including, such as coffee in some bars or some types of drinks, and i am not talking about alcoholic drinks, i mean all types of drinks .

The amazing experience starts when you enter the resort, The place was Amazing and Clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. Everyone was fast.

Overall stay was very pleasant. the location, hotel facilities, sandy beach, restaurant quality, staff friendliness, all was perfect. My only comment is that rooms can be more updated (specially the bathroom) but overall 10/10

Staff and aesthetics were all there, could put a little more love into the cleaning with mosquito splat marks over the walls and ceilings and a filthy bath.

Heavily disliked the fact our room key card reader didn’t work 4 times over 2 days, after their ‘engineering’ team came and sorted the problem twice, having to explain that in a language barrier is quite the task but we got there in the end. By the 4th time of having to go there gone midnight, the novelty wore off pretty quick. Bewildered not to have just been given a new room for the inconveniences especially on night one. Not ideal gone midnight after a 6 hour flight.

Wonderful Stay at Aurora Oriental Resort!I had an amazing stay at Aurora Oriental Resort! The hotel is extremely clean, the food is diverse, and the natural views are absolutely breathtaking. The beach is stunning—truly one of the best I've seen!I also want to express my gratitude to the Front Office Manager, who was very attentive and handled my request with great care. A special thanks to Chef Mohamed El-Safty, an incredibly respectful and professional person who went above and beyond to assist me. I also appreciate Mr. Saleh for his cooperation and all the restaurant managers for their excellent service. Most of the staff were warm and welcoming, which made our stay even better.However, there are a few areas for improvement. Not all staff members were equally friendly, and I believe the Wi-Fi coverage needs enhancement, especially near the beach and other outdoor areas.Overall, I had a fantastic week at Aurora Oriental Resort, and I truly appreciate their hospitality. Thank you for making my vacation special!

Wonderful staff. I noticed before each shift in the restaurant they had a meeting. It really showed. Food great, different each day. Big shout to Mohamed who was an attentive waiter. Super clean rooms, comfy beds.Beautiful gardens and great pools. Spa was ok too. Gym the only let down. No bikes or cross trainers but a gym over the road.Manager of spa very helpful.Overall a great hotel.

The Hotel is nice and clean and safe. The staff is really good and helpful. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable.

There is no electric connection next to the bed.

The park and the beach of the hotel was amazing, the room was big and comfortable

The food and the alcoholic beverages were really weak

The location was amazing! Food was great, varied every day and hotel staff were very kind and friendly. Especially a few of the waiters and the beach staff. Mohamed our room cleaner made some great towel creations - we loved them!??

Some staff were a bit pushy with selling things to us but we understand they need to keep the business going. We found the carpets in the corridors a bit dirty. And we had a problem with hot water in our room. The WiFi signal really was very poor and would’ve been nice to have WiFi at the beach bar.

I really hated this hotel, hardly anyone there but still gave us a room no view or sun. Place was empty ghost hotel. Food was not good, hardly any choice. Tiny glasses for wine 4 swigs gone, Only could use 1 bar other bars had to pay. Didn’t like birds flying around the restaurant. Grumpy staff. No sand on beach.Cold swimming pools.

Birds in the main restaurant .. you cannot leave the plate unattended. I think this was highlighted previously as I see from previous reviews. I think it is time to sort it out before this issue cause health concerns to people.Dogs on the beach
