The best experience ever in sharm el Sheikh from the first moment in hotel specially Mr Mohab Hossam welcomed us friendly and always checking with us every moment if its okey and if we need anything .. noticed the staff always caring for the guests comfort and so polite offering helps and drinks always gives information about the day activities and the food was so delicious their were variety in the food menu every day , it also have a beautiful view. The beach was great you can make many activities there, the sea was so beautiful seeing many different types of fishes and coral reefs wish give the beats experience in snorkeling, apart of the sea is also make of sand that helps in relaxing and it’s to swim in it. Easy to get around. Beautiful waterfall into the pool.Every staff member was very friendly, spoke good English and was accommodating to my wife and I’s needs.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Sunbeds are comfortable, towels are large and good quality. The New Year’s Eve dinner was well organized and better than expected. We also tried a local sparkling white wine (around USD 100), which was fine.

The hotel is sold as a 5-star adults-only resort, but in my opinion it delivers more of a 4-star experience.I would not recommend this hotel as a 5-star property at its current pricing. If it were positioned as a 4-star hotel at a lower price, it would be more acceptable. Compared to other 5-star hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, it feels below standard.Food & beverage:Food variety is limited. Greens such as rocket and parsley were often not fresh, and the cheese selection was very weak. Vegetables and cheeses were heavily dried out, as if they had been sitting for several days without being replaced. The greens were always wilted – I did not see fresh greens even once during the stay. There is no coffee machine at breakfast; for espresso you need to go to the lobby bar after breakfast. In the main restaurant, glasses and service items are old and mismatched.Rooms:Rooms are outdated. The air conditioning works only in cold mode. My key card stopped working twice and had to be reactivated. Cleanliness was below expectations: bed sheets had stains and small holes, curtains were dirty, and there were small black mold spots on the bathroom walls.Pricing policy (Lobby Bar):A single glass of Jameson whiskey was priced at USD 65 (3000 EGP) which is simply unjustifiable. I fully accept higher hotel bar prices, but this level is completely disconnected from reality. The bartender clearly confirmed the price and even mentioned that many guests buy it at this price, so there was no misunderstanding.Beach & facilities:Even in January, it is difficult to find a free sunbed without staff assistance. Drinks at the beach are served in old plastic cups, which again does not give a clean feeling. Although this is an adults-only hotel, the children’s playground of the neighboring Baron Resort is located right next to part of the adult beach area, so there can be noise near that section.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel area is beautiful, well-maintained, cosy, and very clean. The beach is wonderful and perfect for relaxing.The staff were polite and friendly. Special thanks to Taha Mohamed, our housekeeper, who kept the room spotless, and to Al Hussein Ahmed at reception for helping us with a late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable.The food was tasty with a good variety. Overall, a great experience and we would gladly return.

If was very clean, staff was welcoming and hospitality was amazing. Endless things to do, exclusive access to the beach, enjoyed the convenience of everything. If you want to be comfortable and not worry about anything, this is the resort for you. Will be coming back again to visit.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, the bars were good, and the whole place has beautiful greenery. Overall, a very relaxing atmosphere.

There weren’t many activities available inside the hotel, so it felt a bit limited in terms of entertainment.

Mainly quietness, it is really quiet hotel. The beach was really nice, staff was respectful.

I recently stayed at Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh. Overall, the hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere — it’s truly quiet, calm, and perfect for relaxation. The beach is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were respectful, polite, and always willing to help.The pool was warmed in winter , However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. More importantly, I unfortunately developed gastroenteritis (stomach flu) after eating at the hotel. I only ate the hotel’s food, and another guest in my room experienced the same symptoms. This was a very unpleasant part of the trip and definitely needs the hotel’s attention regarding food safety.

I liked the clean rooms, the hospitality was good, food was satisfying. Overall my experience has been great and would definitely visit baron palms again.

Maybe the fact that its far for everything else, but other than this everything has been great.

Receptionist ramadan and fouad were very helpful, we enjoyed the whole experience here, ayiah from animation team was amazing and she was very kind and recommended nice activities like foam party and stretching.

Everything is clean, food was very good, stuff very friendly and helpfull. They even give me lunch box to the airport. Probably the best hotel so far

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Baron Palms, I have been to Sharms few times before but so far this is the best resort I have been. Our room is tidy, clean and overviewing the pool side. Facilities, Sitting areas, Beach, Pool etc are clean and well maintained. Location is excellent and nearby the airport.The best part of our stay is the beach, it is one of the best beach I have been, it has a clean sand and water and also not too deep from the shore so it is so safe. Their sun-beds and umbrellas are new and clean as well. Every staff (guest relations, concierge, beach staff, housekeeping, F&B, entertainment, spa etc) in this resort are friendly, professional, hard working, accommodating and always ready to help with smiles. We like their special touch of take away/pack lunch upon check out. We want to thank Mr. Mohab (Guest Relation Officer) for his excellent customer services, he is very professional and always ready to assist with smiles for all our needs and requests and all other staff in the front desk including Mr Ramadan. Thank you to Mr Mohammed Osama, Ibrahim Osama and Ashraf Ashraf (security) for your support and help for my personal issues.Thank you to Mr Mahmoud Attia (housekeeping) and Ahmed (Concierge) for your hard work and excellent customer services.
