Nice location, the new chalets are very modern, the beds are soft. Buffet is full of food The food is meeh okay not wow.But the we waited for one extra hour to be able to check in and the chalet had previous guests hair and money on the floor.I was traveling with my family and my pet ( chihuahua dog) since it’s a pet friendly hotel the hotel stuff were rude to me and my family when they saw a dog in a closed pet bag Would like them to improve their attitude , cleaning and food quality

The resort facilities are good.The food wewe good The beach is one of the best in sharm

The room was herbal, Room very dirtyfurniture is very, very old.I am not recommended at all.

Some employees are very helpful and kind like the driver Abderahmen and the cleaning agent also called Abderahmen Wael the manager

Actually there are 2 different hotels with different standards and different reception. The one we took was a disaster in term of dirt and weak maintenance. Very old equipments some of them are not working like lights and phone. Dirt and dust everywhere. We had to change the room. We had to take the shuffle to the reception because the room is too far. And most of the time we walked because the phone was not working. We’ve lost time claiming, changing the room and walking long distances to get out of the hotel. This being said we were refused our request to do a late check out.

I loved the friendly staff The food Beach & aquapark And i luved the room too it was comfy & fancy They gave us a complimentry cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we loved it

I didnt like the towels service becuz the room service takes the towels everyday and dun give them back till late leaving us wiz no towels But they fixed it that last day so its okay

Regardless the staff behavior and rapid response, nearly nothing to like ! .

This is not a Hotel rather than a time share compound being covered by some hotel services .- Place is far away from the Hotel about 1km !- Swimming pool is nearly like that of a private villa one not a hotel .- Food is acceptable, deserts and salads are horrible. - Furniture is very old, broken and Rusty. Over all it doesn't worth the money I paid at all. It is really exhausting experience. My adive to reserve a room in the main hotel building not ever this one .One night, villa 8125

The property is too spread. It’s difficult to move around, go to the lobby, access the pools. The transportation system doesn’t work properly, it takes 30 min or more just to wait for the car and go to the reception. It’s ridiculous.

The personnel wasn’t friendly or helpful. Multiple receptions, distance to reach everything.

Location was good ,animation team was great and place was clean and nice

I stayed at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The food was terrible and it made my stomach hurt badly. The staff were extremely rude and treated guests in a horrible way, with zero professionalism.Another big issue is with the half board option. Unlike most hotels, they don’t give you a bracelet for half board. This caused a lot of embarrassment whenever I went anywhere inside the hotel, as I was constantly questioned and treated as if I was trying to sneak in or do something wrong.Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re considering half board, think twice — it will only cause you unnecessary stress and embarrassment.

The big room for my family , the aqua park was amazing and the artificial waves pool , the variety of swimming pools , the cooperative stuff, the quick service whenever we have any issues

The housekeeping was not good , they were not clean the room in a good way and many parts were not cleaned at all . The bad smell of some furniture

Staff were very welcoming and polite , really helpful, food was very good. Liked the pools and the aqua park.

No good WiFi , the rooms wasn’t that clean, also they would clean the room,take the towels and don’t leave clean ones, we should ask every time.

Good staff in reception and restaurant Multiple pool service and Acua park although it needs maintenance and new sliders

Bellhop service was extremely bad specially at checkout i was waiting for more than 1.5 hours doing multiple calls and no one helped no operator or shuttle bus , then i had to carry on all my baggage from first floor down then to my rented Van

First, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ehab for doing his best to fulfill our requests upon our arrival and for resolving everything we needed so quickly.Room:We were upgraded to a recently renovated 2 bedroom suite, which was much more spacious, and with v good working lfacilities.Hotel facilities: Overall, the resort and hotel services have improved compared to our last visit. Well done!"Food:Most of the concerns we had during our last stay have been resolved, except for the appetizers, which still seem more catered to Russian tastes — but it was no big deal. The main highlights in terms of variety and taste were the fruits, desserts, yogurt, chicken, and meatRestaurant:The hotel was quite full during our stay, but the restaurant staff — including the waiters and those responsible for clearing plates, resetting tables, and adding cutlery — did their best to accommodate the large number of guests.Longer walks:This resort is perfect if you enjoy taking longer walks. They also offer a shuttle bus service if needed.

One concern regarding the restaurant management when the hotel is full: instead of letting guests search for empty tables and take cutlery and chairs from other tables, it would be better to implement a waiting list system. Guests could wait by the pool, and once a table becomes available, the restaurant staff could call the next room number on the list. This would help prevent cutlery from disappearing from dining tables and avoid unnecessary conflicts between guests.

Room location and the room also not good Staff number very limited in aqua no all aqua games is working only 4 games the food is very bad and not done

Location, food, rooms, activities, beach. Aqua park is small but nice.

Evening program: speakers were not good quality but dj made it very loud (according to my watches more than 90 decibels). My ears were suffering. Also, they don’t provide karaoke and much dancing chill music.

Heated pool although they finish it by 5 while maghrib is 6Aqua park although it needs more attention it can be WAW - also 1 hour break is too much

Food is good for this money, big territory available including others hotels.

1.Very old rooms with damaged furniture. Poor cleaning of the rooms, we were in three rooms, but they were all in terrible condition, you can’t even choose one of them all, I don’t recommend this hotel. 2. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, the telephone in the room does not work, although at the reception they said to call the number or WhatsApp, how? 3. Far from the sea and food, you can call a car, but then you need mobile Internet!

The room was very poor it's not even a two stars rank. The rooms location is very far from the beach and the Aquapark and the restaurant. You have to take your car for transportation and pass through a lot of gates to access...the recipient is rejected to provide us with the bracelet, so we faced a lot of delay in accessing the related facilities, most of the Aquapark games are out of order

The rooms were not clean; dust everywhere and bathroom mold. When checking out, they wanted us to pay for 2 tv remotes, (accusing us of theft) so we had to come look back in our rooms only to find them in the drawers! What a joke ! We only liked the aqua park. They need to learn how to respect their clients. I don’t recommend it, everything is so far away we lost so much time walking.
