Continental Plaza Beach Resort

The Staff at the reception and guest services were absolutely amazing, always ready to help and try to solve any issue we had. I did feel that they were doing all in their power to make our stay comfortable. the cleaner on our floor was always friendly and the room was spotless. What we also found out that unlike some other hotels in the area Continental has own sandy beach, which makes it more accessible for people that don't want to go into the deep water, which is definitely a plus

Hotel is extremely dated, the bedsheets were covered in pilling making it feel very rough on the skin (also rather embarrassing for the hotel-I've never had this before). Internet is virtually not existent (i had to work during the stay and it was impossible-the signal would drop every few minutes and at times connection would be gone for couple of hours - friendly ladies from the guest services tried to help us, but there's just so much one can do I guess).Restaurants organization was absolutely terrible. Considering it's a buffet it took us forever to get any food, after waiting in line, every meal service became a battle to get at least something, forget about a pleasant dinner with the two-you are hunting for your food and your competition s hoards of other guests. We were in the hotel over new year and the new year dinner while looked fabulous was a disaster-we simply couldn't get any food because of the crowds (quality of food as such was sufficient, but nothing to write home about), many dishes were emptied by the few lucky ones that could get to them first (strawberries were emptied by first 3-5 people and so was seafood-we later have seen piles of unfinished food on tables) . We also had a very bad experience with a group of other guests playing music at high volumes in public areas at dinner and being generally disturbing to other guests (2 or 3 tables simply left after some time), we complained to the staff about it and they went to the guests and told them pointing at our table that others are complaining. Needless to say-with no effect, apart from us feeling rather unsafe (the group included number of men in high level of alcohol intoxication that was already previously been offensive towards me and my partner). So all together wouldn't recommend staying - there are plenty of other locations that could provide a better experience

Big and near to the beach

Bad condition, everything is broken. Poor. Chexk in was terrible. No attention, no welcome. Food is terrible, we got sick of it. Al Carte, no all in. And we are leaving in Egypt. Never eat so bad in Egypt

The resort itself has everything you need, from activities, relaxation , super friendly staff and so much more the beach is so clean and the prices or very affordable I’m definitely coming back.

I have no words to describe how perfect this resort was. Starting from the moment my friend and I reached the gate of the resort we were treated like no other place.The resort itself has everything you need, from activities, relaxation and so much more the beach is so clean and the prices are very affordable I’m definitely coming back.The guest relation Merna was so friendly she provided us with all the information we needed and more also she kept checking on us literally every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay.Mohamed the resturant manger was so giving when it came to food I believe we gained 4 KG just because of his generosity, and definitely chef Ahmed dishes were absolute fanatic.I really don’t want to forget any name of the guys there “Youssef at the reception, Ahmed the housekeeper, Omar the golf cart guy” everyone there worked in so much harmony to make our stay unforgettable

Furnitures are very old it is looks like there is no maintenace and everything is outdated I booked through booking with 331 usd and surprised later on that the price become 427 usd , which not good at all

Very clean place, calm and the best view you can have for your next vacation. Staff care at its best, very polite and helpful.

In-room dining can be improved, but not at the best level currently., compared to the restaurants inside the same hotel.

Staff are Excellent , very helpful and always meet you with a smile.

Working hours of the Aqua park is 4 hours only.

this was the first time to stay as a solo girl in this hotel and honestly because of the staff,manager and guest relations manager kindness and hospitality that i will return back again they made feel home, safe and enjoying all my 12days stay. thank you all the staff especially Mr ATEF, Mr shirin and the manager and all the breakfast staff. you really made my vacation ?

It was very smelly very dusty and not clean at all I wouldn’t recommend it at all

The beach,staff and price

One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons.All the best.

The staff is very polite. The resort is very clean and kept together with a amazing staff. Tons of great food and a nice private beach. They even upgraded me to a suite with no additional cost. I stayed last year at Piramissa or now it's called V hotel and they are horrible in every category. I recommend Continental to anyone and even people with kids.

Great resort, clean, food was good, private beach was clean and not overcrowded, swing pool was clean and great, best view from my room next to the beach.Mahamed from the reception was great and help us settle down. Thank you maxamed for the warm welcome Will be busing again

The food wasn't good.they have to add a new dishes..to make a variety of choises. Especially the lunch..was very poor...
