The staff was exceptionally helpful and patience, especially the reception desk staff. The food was good and the room was comfortable and clean. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful.

That there was no guest relation even though we tried to meet him. We were honeymooners newlyweds and we were treated as normal guests. There was no extra services.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the attention to detail throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience feel personal and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, especially the fresh options available daily. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a memorable getaway.

The triple room felt a bit small for three adults. It would have been more comfortable if the space allowed for easier movement and more storage.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place itself was very beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere was so much fun and full of life. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – truly some of the best we’ve experienced. Every time we needed something, it was taken care of immediately without any issues. A special shoutout to the animation team – they were fantastic and brought so much energy and entertainment to our days. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

We stayed at Sultan Garden Resort as a group of friends mainly for diving, and the experience was outstanding overall.RoomsThe rooms were spotless—honestly, some of the cleanest we’ve seen in a resort. Bed quality was excellent and very comfortable. The AC worked well, though it wasn’t the quietest, and on the last day it did shut off—but room service handled it quickly and professionally. The bathroom was large, clean, and had consistent hot water. WiFi was incredibly fast and reliable—not just in the room but literally everywhere: at the beach, by the pool, even out in the sea. We had a beautiful balcony view, a stocked minibar, and everything was on point.Special thanks to Mohammad Latfi at reception—easily one of the most helpful and welcoming receptionists I’ve ever met. He really made our stay smoother and upgraded us to a great room. Also, props to Mahmood from room service—he constantly checked in, brought fresh towels and drinks, and even delivered fresh fruit daily. Excellent service.Food & DiningBreakfast was decent—timing was convenient, and the variety covered all the basics. Lunch and dinner were the real stars. The options were endless—meat, seafood, pasta, you name it. Big shout-out to Chef Mahmood Al Urof, who personally made us fresh pasta and brought energy and jokes to every interaction. A real highlight of our stay.Location & AtmosphereThe resort is located right on the beach, which is clean, calm, and hosts quiet music events that don’t disturb the peace. Cafés and bars are just a short walk away. The whole vibe was relaxed and safe.AmenitiesThere are five pools—some family-friendly, others adults-only. The North 38 pool was our favorite. It had an amazing vibe and a great bar inside the pool itself. Mohammed the bartender made our evenings unforgettable—funny, welcoming, and full of stories about the resort and Egypt in general.The gym is small but has all the essential equipment.

? Diving Center – Great People, Pricey ServiceThe on-site diving center has an excellent, professional team—polite, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on safety and high-quality service. That said, the prices were noticeably high compared to other local dive shops. While you do get a premium experience for what you pay, just be aware: it’s not the budget option. Worth it if you’re after convenience and top-tier service, but if you’re price-sensitive, you might want to explore options nearby.

Very nice facility. Best place to eat, play, drink and sleep. Safe for families.

Noticed staff are not very happy with their job. Small tip helps with this problem. Staff also should be aware that there are customers from countries other than Russia.

Loved the new wing; barista coffee, wonderful pastries, unique hand crafted "tents" on the patio, live music, incredible interior design and comfortable lounge areas.

Good food, always a large selection of dishes, a large and beautiful territory, it is regularly looked after. A very beautiful reef, lots of corals and fish. The rooms are large, and there are many pools. There is a market opposite the hotel where you can buy everything you need, from souvenirs to medicines. Nice SPA with wonderful massage

Some waiters are asking for tips too much, taking tables at lunch for those who leave them these tips. The waiter wouldn't let us sit at the table, he said it was for other guests who (I think) were leaving something for him.

Sultan Gardens is a true paradise for a holiday! The hotel is spotless, with daily cleaning and top-notch room service. Food is also a must-try - they have a wide variety of dishes, including meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables. We had a few minor issues at first, but with the help of the amazing guest relations Marina D., and the super helpful manager, Mohamed S., everything was sorted out. We had one of the best holidays ever!And don’t forget to try the spa centre! I had a series of five massages and left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. My massage therapist, Ahmed, was incredible!

We booked the family suite and were delighted by the spacious , clean room with a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel itself offers beautiful beaches, coral reefs for snorkeling, a wide selection of tasty food and beverages. We stayed at 3 hotels during our stay in Sharm El Sheikh, but we enjoyed Sultan Gardens the most

We had no complaints

Property well maintained, big territory, clean and green. Many swimming pools, including heated. Many bars, nice beach.

I liked every thing all are good the staff were amazing. They are smiling all the time with very behave attitude.

The tap water in the bathroom either it is so cold or so hot

Everything about the resort was awesome. The room, staff, cleanliness, food, pools, dive centre, gardens, beach, jetty & shuttle bus and were all amazing !!

We loved our holiday but if we were being ultra critical it would be nice if the drinks on the evenings were served in glasses fitting the drinks instead of all in the same "tumblers". A drink in a nice glass always tastes so much better and is more enjoyable, and the cocktails were also served in the tumblers which took the edge off it being a special drink.
