1-kind of old style 2- air conditioner was not that good

booked for me a room and my family came with another company a.c wasn't work on my wife and kids room so she went to reception and reception was very rude Ahmed with glasses he told my wife that he is the manager he took 50$ to change her to bigger room

staff of reception thieves Ahmed with glasses is a tricker he asked for additional money from my family to give them bigger room he took 50$ and moved them to family roomafter they went to room and find it's smallI went to rehana three times this is last time everything was good food I like it and animation and location and this review would be 5 stars if first was good to usbut reception staff very rude and we will never back

We liked the location and the very large rooms and the fact that we had the spare rooms close to the beach

We didn't like the fact that all the drinks were warm, including the beer, they didn't have sparkling water, when I asked the manager looked at me surprised and said clearly that there was no sparkling water. The bartenders didn't actually know how to make a cocktail, for example when I asked for a pina colada cocktail I was given a pink liquid and when I told him that this drink is not a pina colada he gave a phone call to call someone, does he know if cocktail, this time I received a green liquid, so I gave up cocktailsAnother problem was beer, at any bar you went to, at the pool, on the beach, at the hotel, you couldn't always find beer or wine anywhere, apart from the fact that they served them warmFor example, my husband bought beer every day from outside the hotel, which he kept cold in the room in the refrigeratorFor example, my husband bought beer every day from outside the hotel, which he kept in the cold room in the refrigerator in case we had the VIP package

We really did enjoy our stay to the fullest. I did read some bad reviews before we came and got a bit worried but there was nothing I can confirm. Some people just wanna complain I guess. We had a fabulous time, especially our kids. The water slides, pools and waterpark for the very small children were super fun and made some memories for all of us. We will come back

We had an awesome stay at Rehana resort, the hospitality was incredibly warm, the staff were so polite and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr Marawan for his welcome and very nice gesture of free upgrade of our rooms to the sea front at the same rate.The kids loved the aqua park facilities and we all loved everything from the clean facilities, generous buffet selections and amazing views and atmosphere.We are definitely coming back! ?

Swimming pools are good.

Food on the first day was bad, and the meat was chewy. Some of the drinks were not cold, and the cups were too small.AC was not working properly, it took a long time to cool the room, seems to be a common issue since I saw another guest with the same complaint when I was checking in (either that or they gave us his room ?).The bed was squeaky and made noises while we were sleeping.You will probably need to help move your luggage to your room (the staff member asked me to do so), I saw a family leaving the hotel carrying most of their luggage as well.I asked for water for the kids around 11:30 PM, after around 1 hour, we still didn't get the water so I called room service again, they replied with attitude and said that they sent the water and it should be there within 1 min, the water didn't come so I tried to call again and they simply stopped replying, at that point I didn't care anymore because the kids already gave up and went to sleep.The water did eventually come at 1:30 AM when we were already sleeping!!!!

Family-oriented hotel with cool facilities for the kids. There is complementary high-speed internet everywhere (even on the beach). They were very flexible at check-in and check-out. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming.. housekeeping are fast and responsive.

Food quality and taste were not good enough

It was my first stay at REHANA ROYAL and sure it will not be the last , Really professional staff starting from the front office reception manager MR.MARWAN super professional and give us a great welcome with an exceptional treatment it was really appreciated that free upgrade to the executive sea view room which really treted us with such a magnificent view, Many thanks to Mr.abd el hameed from the main restaurant he got my back with my kids all times during my stay.Fabulous animation team with Mateo the chief animation and Nour who really did more than expected to make our stay especially for my kids.Swimming pools every where which was great for sure.Over all it was a great experience for me and my kids.

Nothing to remember except that one or two items only in the aqua park was out of service.

worthiest place i saw in my life

the place is very dirty- pools is very dirty- staff is not polite - food is very very bad - room is very diry and very old .. my daughter get infected after 3 hours staying in hotel and we left it .. its written 5 star hotel but its like 1 star hotel … thanks god my daughter get well but I don’t advice this place even for free … this is seriously true

* The restaurant staff are professional and super friendly, and the food quality is great* Night receptionist is a professional receptionist

* Room service is terrible, we needed to call reception to have them come and clean the room, and even when they stepped in to clean the room, they didn't change or clean the used cups!* The room facilities described in Booking.com has nothing to do with what they will offer you when you check-in, the receptionist had to call his manager, and we had to wait approx 20 minutes just to get approval that we get the room we reserved, as per the manager it was a mistake in Booking.com listing. Ironically this mistake is still here on booking.com up to this moment!* Need to use the jacuzzi in your room? Remember to schedule an appointment with the hotel plumper first and get ready for its leakage while you are using it

closer to the airport, staff. restaurant manager Mohamed was very nice and very friendly and very helpful, always willing to help and courteous - he shud definitely get a raise and a post promotion, he deserves it. swimming pool. entertainment team.

out of 3 aqua park rides, only one medium size ride was working. remaining 2 was not working. too much mosquitoes in the evening, can’t stay outside

Entertainment team was awesome and even more then that!We came with full family (2 + 3) for 4 days, and stayed for additional 4 days mostly only because the entertainment team!Our children just didn't want to leave so much the enjoyed of the team and not only them, but we are too.There were so much activity organized by the entertainment team and the activities were so diverse during all the day and over all the days, so we didn't even need to leave the hotel looking for some other activities outside, and it is really hard to believe that the team can have so much passion, impression and individual strength.We will definitely return to this hotel, hoping to meet the same entertainment team ;-)

Food, furniture and facilities

Everything was great. Big comfy room with big bathroom. The staff is polite and smiling.

Some of facilities need to be change (blankets,sunbeds) or need to be fixed(mirrow with backlight or shower panel). Perhaps in the end of theseason they make check up for all.

The sea view room is good

Kids aqua park was closed, they don't mention that before you come. The only kids aqua park open was filthy, it's pool was so dirty all the time. Lifeguards are inexperienced, they leave people to drown , they only say no to kids who want to go on bigger slides. Management is a joke, they never solve any issues & know nothing about customer service.
