We had a wonderful holiday at Rehana Sharm El Sheikh! We even got an upgrade to Rehana Royal :) Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. As an extra touch, we also received a beautiful fruit basket as a welcome gift, which made us feel truly special. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pools and beach were clean and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Mr Marwan is a very professional person He made an upgrade for us to rehana royal He is a very decent person and he was the only reason to have good experience at this hotel Food is v.good, Mr mahalawy is a very helpful and decent person

From a German citizen to others, I can say this hotel left a positive impression.There were many families with children and couples – it felt very safe, especially as a woman. The pools and gardens are beautiful, and the hotel’s private beach is absolutely stunning! A shuttle runs every 10 minutes between the hotel and the beach. The Wifi isn’t the best but you can sit at the reception for a few minutes, it helps!They bring you water bottles everyday so don’t be afraid of the tap water.The ice cubes are from sealed plastic bags so you can have a drink with ice.Food is available nearly all day with options like breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, late lunch,… Alcohol is included, but don’t expect anything fancy – no wine, for example. There are kid’s places where you can find fresh popcorn and so on. You’ll find good basics like rum-cola, gin & tonic, beer.. no cocktails like Lillet Wildberry, but you won’t stay thirsty:).***Special shoutout to Mr. Ehab in the restaurant!He truly went above and beyond every single day! – friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. He made our stay 10 times more special. I hope the manager reads this because he really really deserves a raise or a promotion.***Tips for future guests:-Bring mosquito spray! There’s a shop, but it’s quite expensive.-Noise-canceling headphones or AirPods, walls are thin and partys loud.-Book trips via “Get Your Guide”, they’re affordable.-You can pay in euros, dollars, or by card everywhere – no need to exchange money.-Don’t forget your snorkeling gear, there’s a beautiful spot right at the hotel beach.-Take trips to the farsha cafe, the white island and the desert!In conclusion:The stay was really enjoyable overall and I would recommend it, and the crew did their best to make it special. With a few improvements in cleaning, variety, and inclusivity, this hotel could truly shine in the future!

-The bartender Hasan at the Sky Bar was very unfriendly during the whole stay. He looked annoyed all the time and said things like no ice anymore because he didn’t want to get it, but other bratenders at the sky bar always tried to help. He clearly didn’t want to work there – so maybe he shouldn’t.-The entertainment is mostly for Russian guests – almost all music and announcements are in Russian. It would be nice to make it more interesting for all guests.-The rooms are very simple and not like German standards. There was some damage, thin walls, and it looked clean at first, but if you looked closer, it wasn’t. There were water stains, hair in the shower, and the bed sheets were dirty. We asked four times for clean ones – in the end it worked, but still.-The food was really tasty and fresh if you like meat, every day it was almost the same. Especially for vegetarians, there were not many options.

Loved the resort very clean all the staff very attentive an caring good food specially Mr Marwan very polite caring and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Very attentive hard working an caring gentleman. We had the best time and will definitely recommend our family an freinds to come here. We will definitely come again inshallah. Thank you very much ?

The bar man and the pool boy by building 1 were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and ready with a refreshing drink or a helping hand. Their service made lounging by the pool an absolute delight. The restaurant staff were just as impressive, providing fantastic service. The delicious food and warm atmosphere made dining a wonderful experience every time.Rehana Sharm Resort not only offers beautiful surroundings and great amenities but also a team that truly cares about their guests. Super clean room with views and all we needed.Mahmoud in the main restaurant so attentive and always kindly helpful, good selection of foods and Italian complimentary restaurant is Top Notch food and service.All hotel facilities and beach with amazing reef snorkeling are superb.Thank you to all the friendly, smiling and helping staff..We recommend James and Gail March 2025."

No dislikes

Everything was almost perfect. Rehana resort is close to the airport. Rooms are clean, atmosphere is friendly. All-inclusive service of meals throughout the day makes it accessible to everyone. Swimming pools & entertainment activities are exciting. Gym is available at Rehana as well. There is a Masjid inside the resort. Supermarkets & shops are available outside in a walking distance. Mr Marwan was an exceptional manager. He was in close follow up with us since arrival until we left. He made everything we needed available within short time with great pleasure and unparalleled hospitality.

DJ music was sometimes loud.

The Rehana Resort was very clean and the well kept (the grounds management team work super hard). Marwan (room management), Food and Beverage Managers and all staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. For us, the food had plenty of variety, and the sign of a good hotel is when the chef and resort team are also eating the same food from the same buffet as you. The amenities were all good including good Wifi signal in the room. The beach is within walkable distance or you can use the free mini transfer vehicle between the hotel and beach. Snorkelling is a must to see the beautiful fish! The Animation team were brilliant and Shiko, Turkey and Wizzo (Mini Disco) stand out and ensured we were having a great time , day and night! Lastly, the Spa Team (especially Amir and Zizzi) were the best we have come across in all countries where we have travelled.

Nothing - the only comment is that the property and rooms are a bit dated, however, improvements are already underway to enhance the resort.

Our stay in the hotel was really great.First of all, is Mr. Marwan. His follow-ups were extremely extraordinary ?. I stayed in different hotels, but such customer care I have never had before. Chef ?‍? Baraka and his team made a delicious meal only for our family to satisfy us when we didn't like the buffet just one day ? I even had a free upgrade to premium because I booked it here. For a four star hotel was really ? ? ? valuable for money. Thanks for all the staff, especially in the restaurant, who made their best to keep us satisfied. Thanks to all of you, and we will come back ;) ?

Hospitality is amazing. They allways try to maket you happy. Food were great, cooking frest and Fast in 1minute they Cook chicken, meat, pasta, bread. There are so manyak different meals. Tasty and not spicy. Also good place forchildren

Romms are little old but did not other me. Everything works, if it does not work they fix or change room. We had experienced it.

Everything was perfect, having stayed in Sharm for a month last year in February, I’ve come back again in January for a month & I like to stay in as many hotels as I can so that I can fairly judge them against each other Rehana is definitely my favourite so far I can’t believe it’s only a 4 star it felt like a 5 star The room was excellent , the location with a balcony right next to the pool and next to the main restaurant was excellent . The lifeguard was brilliant in fact all the staff were excellent & Marwan was amazing at making sure all the guests were happy The animation team were brilliant & the entertainment programme was varied Food was exceptional especially the freshly made bread & omelettes & croissants at breakfast . I didn’t try the a la carte because the restaurant was so good I didn’t want to miss out!

Only a few things I’m not a fan of flimsy single use plastic cups for drinks but the staff were very accommodating & understood & whenever possible gave me a more sturdy version

The resort facilities are the only great thing about this entire resort and the manager his name is Marwan he is extremely helpful and kind

Im sorry but the bathrooms are disgusting in your room the wood mirrors are rotten the tile grout is dirty as hell and ther is no hot water to shower, they do not clean your room nor make your beds daily , I wil never book this resort ever again and lastly the food is kinda ok besides the juice and milk it's diluted with water so having cereal in the morning and coffee my advise go and buy your own milk because their milk is full of water so disgusting

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. They provided us with more than we expected. Allowed us to check out later with no charge, gave us free transport to the airport and packed food for our travels.

I would lie if I said this wasn't my best vacation.They have Friendly staff, delicious food, and clean rooms.Many thanks to Mr Shrien, Mr Marwan and the rest of the staff as they were very professional.In general great hotel.Very highly recommended.

Nothing.Everything was more than expected.

From start to finish, we found the management and staff at the resort to be most accommodating. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, staff were always happy to help. The rooms are spacious, relatively modern, clean and tidy with a wide variety of complementary toiletries and a fruit bowl. The food was delightful across breakfast, lunch and dinner. We strongly recommend the grilled chicken and freshly cooked pasta. They were quite considerate, organizing our transfer plus sorting out for us a late check out as we had an evening flight. We were also given a packed lunch to take to the airport, because our flight time meant that we missed dinner. To conclude, we’d highly recommend this resort to anyone wishing to visit Egypt. We received nothing short of first class treatment and can’t wait to return. Our rating five stars and 10/10

The Manager (Marwan) was amazing he done everything he possibly could to make my stay enjoyable, the staff were also polite and helpful.The room was large and clean with a good size balcony and shower room (with hot water).There were lots of pools and sun beds available.I did not eat at the Rehanna asUnfortunately I had to cut my visit short as I have a bad back and didn’t realise the distance I had to walk to get to the beach (they do have a little bus to take you 1/2 way to the beach) But getting old doesn’t come alone and the walk made my back worse The beach was full when I visited it but I was still able to find a bed and go snorkelling off the pier.I have been to quite a few hotels in Sharm and for the cost and facilities they offer here it is good value and once again I must say that the Manager Marwan couldn’t do enough for me.
