Sharm Resort

Everything was amazing, staff was great especially Mr. Mohamed Mostafa and Mr Walid. They went the extra mile and offered to upgrade of the room to sea view which was spectacular,. The resort was amazing and very clean with lots of activities. The food was great with lots of varieties. Generally it was a great experience and will definitely come back and recommend to all my family and friends

The property is a beautiful heritage building, but it needs renovation as everything is worn out.

Everything was good, coral reef in front of the hotel was exceptional.

The staff at the bars can be nicer. There is a bit dislike we felt towards Turkish people from some workers not everyone. Receptionists were all very nice and kind . All receptionists especially Mohamed was really friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with our late checkout

Staff in the restaurant was so reckless and had very bad language skills.

Mr Mohamed ragab and Mrs omniya and Mr Mohamed salad made our stay looks so beautiful and relaxing. Thanks to the great hospitality. Will be back again for sure.

It was close to downtown

The staff is very rude. The place is not clean. The rooms are so old and not comfortable at all. Reception doesn’t answer the phone and when they do they take so long to help. No hot water connected to the room. The food is really bad.

Sharm Plaza Resort is an incredible place to stay in Sharm El Sheik. The location is perfect, overlooking the Red Sea, with an amazing coral reef just a few steps from the beach, perfect for snorkeling. The hotel itself is massive, with beautiful grounds and several restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious food.The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Mohamed Amir at the reception desk was very welcoming and professional, and Said at the Lebanese restaurant provided fantastic service and great recommendations. Mohamed Mokhtar also helped hold on to our baggage while we waited for our flight in the evening. The hotel also provides great prices for photo sessions, about only $3 per photo. The photographer Sasa was very talented and friendly. Highly recommend the sunset photo session. Overall, the resort offers great value for money. Between the stunning views, great food, and excellent service, I would highly recommend Sharm Plaza Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in the Red Sea.

Was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed and enjoyed to much especially the reception Mr Mohamed Ragab and the food is good and service especially thanks to Mr Ahmed moghith and osama in the bar every thing is good except the Italian restaurant have to update or more care and lebness restaurant and clean room is very good The management is very helpful and support especially GM Mr Ashoor because he always helped us to be funny
