The staff was nice and accommodating.

I'm unsure as to why or how this hotel is rated 5 stars. Should be 4 stars at best. The pool and beach areas were fantastic but the room was hideous.

The room service staff were nice espicially Hamed Mostafa, as well as kitchen staff and the life guards. The A la Carte seafood restaurant was great as well as the Italian restaurant's variety of meals and service. The room was nice and spacious with comfortable bed.

- No front sea view rooms as advertised- Snack bars are only available at the same time as the usual meals at the restaurants and closed the rest of the day. Should be between meals. - Only one small semi- heated pool for everyone- Amenities lack maintnance ( broken shower, broken chair, no hot water, no drainage of water, no toiletries)- Wifi isn't an option presented for Egyptian or Arabs even though routers were everywhere and in the rooms.

Location was good, just outside walk distance, there is pharmacy and market.

The wifi is the worst.Works for a minute and stops for an hour, no reception, not working.The employees at the desk didn't know how to help us with this.

Location was great for us, close to airport, easy to reach the center when its needed. All staff was helpful, and made their best to feel us comfortable, special thanks to Mohammed(front desk) and Doaa(guest relations).

Facilities unfortunately were poor, it did not worth to value. Beach is not convenient to swim. Cleaning was not great.

The whole atmosphere predisposes you to relax completely - beach, pools, palms,food (except cheese and fish) show program, cleanliness, maintenance level

The water-park and one of the main restaurants are bit behind in terms of quality and maintenance standards versus all the rest of the resort. The water at the beach is too shallow for swimming in the first 500-600 meters.

The gardens were wonderful ,so clean , so colourful, I would truly like to thank the man who takes care of the gardens The pools and aqua park are nice , the people who work in the resort are so kindly and helpful Alot of kind of food , desserts, drinks

Many stairs, the handicaps people can not stay in the resort unfortunately Needs elevator

It’s an amazing spot for spending vacation.. many activities to enjoy for everyone.. rooms are clean and comfortable.. service is good and loved the guest compliance manager Dua as she was very helpful

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has so many positive reviews on Booking – they are completely misleading. Based on my experience, this place barely deserves 2 stars. The food was absolutely terrible – bland, greasy, and clearly made with the cheapest possible ingredients. I wouldn’t serve it to anyone, let alone paying guests.The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful from the moment we checked in. Every request felt like we were bothering them. No hospitality, no professionalism – just bad attitude.Hygiene was also a serious concern. At the buffet, I actually witnessed staff using their bare hands to handle and serve food – no gloves, no utensils. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a so-called 4-star hotel.We had booked a “garden view” room, but what we got was a depressing view of the back area of the hotel – overgrown weeds, trash, and clear signs of neglect. It was the exact opposite of what was advertised.Overall, this hotel is a major disappointment. The reviews on Booking are deceiving and do not reflect the reality. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

The territory and the rooms are beautiful. There are a few different restaurants.

The service is very slow and confused. It took them an hour to deliver our suitcases to the room, several hours and reminders to bring water to the room. The reception is unavailable at night and sometimes they don't respond during the day either. The food is somewhat bland. In the room, the fridge didn't work and one of the plugs didn't either.
