I genuinely cannot understand why anyone would stay anywhere else. From the very first moment, the elegance, warmth, and professionalism of the staff make you feel more comfortable than in your own home—yet treated with true five-star luxury.Mr. Hazim at the front desk is an absolute legend, and Mr. Ali at the restaurant is nothing short of a hero. Honestly, almost every staff member deserves special recognition. I was treated like a VIP from the second I walked in, with seamless service and genuine care. I was even invited to view two rooms before selecting the perfect sea-view room, which felt curated just for me.As a newly married couple, we were surprised with a private, candlelit dinner by the pool, featuring a special menu prepared just for us. The setting, attention to detail, and level of romance were beyond anything we expected—it felt truly exclusive and unforgettable.The dining experience throughout the stay was in a league of its own. The variety, presentation, and flavor easily rival—and in many cases surpass—world-class five-star Michelin-level restaurants. Every meal felt refined and indulgent, and whatever you do, do not skip the desserts. They are pure luxury.This stay redefined hospitality for me and turned our Sharm El Sheikh trip into an unforgettable, premium experience. I would return without hesitation and recommend it to anyone seeking true comfort, elegance, and exceptional service.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms… which turned out to be a blessing. With such a stunning paradise, incredible shows, and amazing belly dancing, my phone didn’t stand a chance anyway.

Dining Experience:** The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed breakfast , lunch and dinner , room service, etc.] Comfortable Rooms:** The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The beach was excellent, with direct access to a beautiful coral reef that was perfect for snorkeling. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection and consistently fresh options in a pleasant setting.Everything, the friendly and attentive staff, the peaceful atmosphere, and the outstanding reef right off the beach. The resort felt well cared for and never overcrowded, making it easy to truly relax.

Very little to fault; if anything, some areas could benefit from minor updates, but it didn’t affect the enjoyment of the stay. A few areas to maintain but nothing eye sore or out of place.

The most important thing is how their approach to the guests. They were really kind. Other than that the animation team had a great energy.Also the receptionist Ahmad made an upgrade for us and gave us a really nice room with a sea and pool view.If you want to enjoy the sea, do not forget to bring your swimming mask or googles because it is amazing underwater!! You won’t get disappointed;)

The regular restaurant was 7/10 for us. They have other a la carte restaurants as well but we didn’t have the chance to try them out.

Internet service need to improve

The room was clean, the vibes were nice, the sea was amazing, but if im going to highlight only 1 thing it would definitely be the staff, they were all super friendly and kept the good vibes going.

The food could get better

-Food quality very poor. The variety is not impressive -Some staff especially at the pool bar and main dining reception act in a way that they think it's customer oriented but it's actually not.

The environment in general was amazing from the till the sea side, the receptionist Mr Ahmed was so amazing friendly and very helpful from the moment i arrive till i left Thank you Ahmedi will visit again the place because of you and i will recommend all my relatives to visit and deal with you,

To be honest the team in the bar are bit strange sometimes the make you feel like you are taking drinks for free, i feel they want to ask for money or tips if you dont give they change there behavior, I remember one time i was asking for coffee during night time the guy was not even smiling to me however he give so biiiiiig smile to the girl after me lol

I’ve been going to the same hotel for three years it’s literally perfectt in everything, the staff, the food and the place is soo clean and the beach was amazing and the life guards were so helpful, the whole staff is kind and helpful in every way possible and people at the restaurant are the nicest ? everyone there is nice and welcoming I had a very nice stay❤️

We had an unforgettable girls’ trip and our stay at the hotel made it even more special! Everything was amazing — from the rooms to the service, the whole experience was just perfect. A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Hazem and Houssam for their kind assistance and attention throughout our stay. The final gesture truly touched us and added the perfect ending to our trip. Highly recommended!

The only minor downsides were the Wi-Fi connection, which could be improved, and our interaction with the Italian chef, who seemed a bit upset and not as welcoming as the rest of the team. That said, these small things didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn't like was that my stay was short. If I had known that would be the case, I would have taken a longer vacation.

This place is serene, it has brought peace to my life. The staff has been exceptional, a variety food beyond delicious.

The very loud entertainment team was at every pool and by the sea which destroyed the peacefulness of the moments. One area would be sufficient for them.

Our experience was great. The reception especially Mohammad was amazing.We asked for a late check out and he was waiting to ask the manager. Then he came looking for us to let us know that they accepted our late check out.This is not my first time in sharm elsheikh but my first time to experience a five star serviceWould like to thank everyone and my stay in the future will only be In club reef resort

excellent hotel, very clean, food is very good, all the staff is amazing, lovely room with comfy beds and pillows, swimming polls are very nice, very nice landscape, 3 levels of sitting places at the beach with beach chairs, perfect value for money. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

wifi connection is poor, no iron in the room but there is a laundry service with extra charge, animation team could be better, the beach is a little small with little of coral reef but still you can snorkel and enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff showed us the best hospitality. They offered us free upgrade. The facilities of the hotel is nice. The animation team is so energetic and friendly. The food quality and variety is very good.House keepers and bar tenders,are very hard working and welcoming.The beach is nice.The only thing that would be a plus if they added it is a golf car، because walking around the resort would be tiring for kids and elders. Other than that, everything is perfect

The cleanliness of the room, the attitude of the employees, the food and the chefs were wonderful. We had a wonderful holiday with my family. If I had known that the hotel was so beautiful and qualified, I would have definitely stayed longer. We left very satisfied. Their customer service is very good. The reef by the sea is magnificent. I never expected it to be so extraordinary.

There are not enough sun loungers by the pool and the variety of cocktails and drinks at the bar could be increased a bit.

All staff were friendly and well behaved starting from the house keeping up to reception team and bar tenders all of them were so nice and professional , room was clean , modern and has everything we need with amazing view , Food was tasty and fresh and everyday different options of food , I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues and friends .

Nothing to complain about so far just hope the WiFi will work properly next time especially inside the room and I hope they will add more equipment to the outdoor gym .

The reception staff were very nice, and although we booked a standard room, they gave us a suite with a sea view. Ahmed was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The food was delicious. The animation staff was very warm.

Even though most of the restaurant was empty, a waiter told us we couldn't sit at a 7-person table because we were only in 4. When my son insisted on sitting there because he really liked the table, it caused some tension. Despite there being no issue with availability, the way the situation was handled felt rude. Additionally, the prices at the on-site market were not fair
