You didnt have to leave the resort, we felt safe with the kids walking around by themselves and it catered for my kids from big to small and adults

Clean new room, every day refill of the minibar, good food, huge territory, good staff

Gets pretty boring in the evenings..Not much entertainment

The property was beautiful. The staff was great and very attentive and polite. This experience is far better than what you find on mainland Cairo. It was breath taking. Ahmed our house keeping attendant was amazing. Great at his job. He made our anniversary so special by leaving towel art and making sure our room was clean everyday.

A coral reef was good, which is why this hotel was chosen.I liked an option to have even a lunch/snack on a beach, not only drinks and coffee. After a few days, when you get too lazy to go to the main canteen and want to capture some more sunny hours in December, it was very handy.Al Rakhman, who cleaned a room, was very nice, polite. Russian speaking girls from an animation team were friendly, helpful.

A normal ball to play. Sometimes, there was only 1 normal volley ball for the whole hotel, sometimes even that was gone. Please, have at least a few!The food is tasty, there is a variety, but nothing extraordinary either. In December 2025, there was a renovation on a territory of a hotel. It could be noisy if you did stay at a sea during a day.

limited quality and variety of meals provided, receptionist about to downgrade the room (offering as an upgrade), very loud music until midnight, selection of drinks rather low cost

The spa shld be near the room more in the hotel than the outside. It’s not very relaxing passing the reception and crowds of people after a relaxing treatment

Great value stay, exceptional staff and service. Rooms impeccable. Food was above average. Guest services went the extra mile to please.

Beach was overcrowded with loungers and permanently shaded by parasols however plenty of pools to choose a sunny spot. Lots of steps however there are buggy’s readily available for the less mobile.

there was continuous construction

Throughout the entire week, there was continuous construction taking place directly in front of my unit. The construction involved breaking cement roads with hilties, which created constant noise and significant disruption. This made it very difficult to relax or enjoy the accommodation, which is why I chose Amphoras Beach in the first place.

The staff members were friendly and hard working. The property was great as well, with lots to do. Loved the room as well. We went there for our anniversary and the staff arranged a special room decoration for us which was really nice. Also loved that there were shops where we could buy local products. We also got a phone call from the management team asking us for feedback during our stay and they took our suggestions seriously, which we really appreciated.

Cleanliness in some instances (i.e. cutlery at the restaurant, glasses); and the drinks weren't as chilled as we'd liked them to be at the pool/beach bars.

Everything about our stay was perfect!From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. A big thank you to Ms. Sama and Amro, the diving instructor — both are amazing, professional, and made the experience unforgettable. They even helped me arrange my last-day appointments smoothly.We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to come back! ?

The beach and coral reef are breathtaking - pure, peaceful, and full of life beneath the surface. The hotel is truly family-friendly and offers activities everyone. Excellent service and great restaurant variety — you can choose from three different options every day.

The apartments and facilities are old and need renovation

The internet the cleanness the maintenance way too bad as the wash basin wasn't draining and took them too long to fix it and the cups at the bar or the restaurant they don't have any of takeaway cups which is one time using

The hotel is impressive, similar to Santorini with a massive green space, lots of clean pools, and a nice aqua park, many restaurants and bars, a huge variety of high-quality food and beverages, and premium quality alcohol, and very fast and efficient room services.I cannot speak enough of the welcome and hospitality from the staff, starting with Mr.Mohamed and Mr.Sayed at the Front desk, to Mostafa the master of cocktails in Bisrto bar.The rooms are spacious and comfortable.The beach is rocky but the view is breathtaking. They define the Ultra all-inclusive correctly with a lot of facilities.

I didn't like the way they told me about the internet as it was too slow as it's not connected and they told me it's a common problem and it will be fixed in days and u know am not staying here forever and the wash basin was not draining water it took so long to drain the water and finally yesterday i was asking for water cups the one which is for take away as it's only one time use because u know guys am muslim and the almost all the guests here are foreigners so they do drink alcohols and the bar man told me we don't have cups all of them is for alcohols that's it !!

Formal Complaint Regarding Fire Safety Negligence:Dear Amphoras Beach Management,This place is not SAFEElectric fire happened at my room, fire alarm didn’t work, no fire brigade staff came to checkOur life was at the risk of your poor management system Im alerting other planning to book, to consider my advice you will not be SAFE at this hotel. I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the lack of effective fire safety control measures at your hotel, which placed my family in a life-threatening situation during our stay on 11. Aug.2025 .It is unacceptable that a property accommodating guests did not have adequate fire risk prevention and control systems in place, exposing us to unnecessary danger. This constitutes a grave breach of your duty of care and of basic safety standards expected in the hospitality industry.I hold your management responsible for this negligence.

The room was comfortable and very clean.The food was nice and fresh access to the reef was great.

We booked a room for 4 people with a cot and we had q double beds.They were clean and comfortable but a bit too small for all of us.I wouldn't recommend this place for family with small kids, the music at the pool was often loud and very. Party style.The kids club was no good, most of the time the had no activity plans and the communication with them to know what and where they were doing something was terrible.

One disadvantage I experienced was the distance between my room and the beach area. The walk was somewhat long and tiring, especially during the hotter parts of the day. This is something that could be improved in terms of room allocation or by offering easier access options for guests.
