The room is small and old furniture, but the sea and all the activities are excellent

The hotel staff is very professional and friendly, especially Mr. Tamer a truly respectable person and a real icon of energy within the hotel. He always does his best to solve any issue and make everyone happy with his polite and pleasant personality. The food, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is absolutely excellent. It’s one of the few hotels I’ve been to where you can really feel that the chef puts genuine care and passion into the dishes everything is delicious and very clean.

The furniture and furnishings in the rooms are a bit old and need some updating.

It was our second time at this hotel. Everything was great again- the room had a vibe of Caribbean bungalow, clean and comfortable, service is perfect, everyone is trying to make u happy and satisfied. Pools are nice and clean, and the reef at sister’s hotel beach that we use is so beautiful.This time the food was a big surprise- delicious each time and variety was awesome- we had shrimps, crabs, lamb, salmon…Our gratitude goes to the reception staff, the guards at the pools, guys at the bars (Karam from Sohag, hi ?), and all the hard working people in the restaurant- waiters, cooks, cleaners. We appreciate your efforts!

As hard as I tried to find something irritating- I couldn’t ??‍♀️ All was wonderful.

The stuff was friendly

Wasn’t clean at all when i checked in , every thing was too old , the kitchen was repeated and they didn’t use gloves during serving food , almost the same food in 4 days , aqua was so far from the beach , buses to the other hotel was till 5 p.m after that you walk long distances inside the two hotels , less activities, same songs .

Staff are excellent & responsive ..

Hotel needs a lot to improve the quality of rooms .. some of the rooms open with metallic keys!!!A lot of issues in the room’s electricity issue , sewage system in the room is not good , shower handle is too small ..

The hotel staff are great and the food is great

‏The room did not have a water boiler and the bed sheets had bacteria on them that infected my mother's hands.

The stuff was very nice and friendly and helpful from the first moment at hotel and room are very clean and comfortable

They don’t have animation team in hotel and activities at hotel Aqua is very little and

the food is in bad quality and bad test. the beach and other facilities are excellent but the restaurant and the food need much improvement.

The food was not good and the room was not clean and in general there was a cleanliness issue.

It was ok, I spent only nights there because I came for diving

Normal food, but every day every meal is absolutely the same. Rather noisy in the evenings

The staff!At the beginning of my stay, I had a lot of concerns on my neighbor’s behavior and I was about to cancel my stay and checkout. I informed the management and they offered me a new stay away from those other guests to reshape my vacation time.

There is no animation team, which could completely enrich the whole experience.

Our stay was at Amphoras Blu as the hotel management upgraded our reservation. The location and facilities are great. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Mr. Ahmed El Gohary & Ahmed Kamal.The food varieties are very nice and the taste is very good. I definitely would choose to go back there again.

The appliances inside the room need to be upgraded.

The staff was great with their services even when I needed them middle if the night.Mahmoud was our room services incharge he cleaned my room so nicely.

Bathroom had flooded few times

The food was the same all days. I swear we got food poisoning but great staff.
