i loved how the staff handled our issue with rooms and how swift and helpful they were to fix it.the food was diverse and would please a big crowdThe life guards at the sea were very helpful.Over all staff were beyond amazing.

housekeeping was just slow they clearly need more staff for quicker results.the late dinner needs more diversity and quantity.

I would like to thank yara from the GR for helping us during the stay she made our stay unforgettable and really we appreciate her effort to resolve any issues that faced us.The resort is one of the nicest resorts in sharm el sheikhI like that it is kids friendly and you wont need to go out of the resort to entertain yourself or your kids.It is value for money really. Will come again soon

It is a rocky beach but they have a good diving spot

From the moment of arrival until departure, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped, with a beautiful view. The food was varied and delicious, and all hotel facilities were maintained at a high level of cleanliness and organization. The staff were professional and responded quickly to any request.Special thanks to Bouchra, who works at the rixos Blue Planet ,She provided an outstanding service with a professional and polite attitude, making us feel comfortable and home. Her attention to details and quick responses made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We thank her for her kindness, constant smile, and excellent service, and we thank the management for selecting staff of such a high standard.I will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean and new hotel. Buffet food was good.they upgraded our room for free which was nice. Loved the romantic boat ride and the view, but it was an additional charge. The hotel is massive but the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off. Staff is nice and friendly and will assure your stay is comfortable. Highly recommend.

Everything was good but it is not on the beach as stated online it said “beach front”. But there is a shuttle that will take you to the beach.

I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel between late September and mid-December. During this period, prices are quite high, and the main attraction—the pools—are extremely cold. Unfortunately, management does not operate the heating system for reasons that remain unclear. Despite our efforts to speak with the manager about this issue, we were met with dismissive responses and excuses rather than real solutions.We stayed there in October and did not enjoy our experience; most of our activities ended up being outside the hotel. We were traveling with young children, including one with special needs, and none of them were able to enjoy the pools, even once.

My room didn’t have the snacks and the refrigerator wasn’t working

The front desk is very misleading and won’t help if there are any booking issues , also they Harras if you leave a bad review the lady kept texting me how they can fix it but never offered any real attempt and then at 9pm told me they can upgrade my room lol. Come on man. Do better Maria.

Kite party was kind a nice

This place deserves a zero starWorst hotel in Sharm. Large place and still in construction but terrible management Room was small and walls were paper thin in Tirana room. We heard everything from next room and whole ways and loud music from outsideHousekeeping forgot something everyday. 1 day towels, other day, coffee and tea, other day didn't clean at all, other day shampoos...Mangal and t-bone restaurants never had opening over our 5 day stayNoone asked our opinion about how was our stay, howare we doing during 5 day period. Eventually on the day we were leaving, we told that we'll stay in rixos seagate for 5 days and they told us they can give us a free transfer and ended up not doing it after wasting our time for half an hour. After all, when I was waiting for taxi one guy came and hit one of my luggage, drop it to floor and my sun tanning oil broke. Destroyed everything in the luggage, everything stained and i don't have my sun tanning oil anymore It was TOTAL DISASTERThey ruined everything.

Mohamad in the reception is the best Best hotel and very clean no needed to go out they have alll things also partys in night Fahd in the dinning room is the best Than you ?

Hisham in the reception blue planet is the best thing in trip .too comprehensive and cooperative

Reception Tirana is really a nightmare such rude staff we stayed more than 2 hours to check out .We were about to miss our flight and all of them really did not take care Y

some of staff at the reception were not respectful and have a bad attitude and didn't want to help. Others tried to however overall experience with the reception was not good at all.

Beautiful resort, everything is new and nice. The staff at the bars and pools and restaurants are excellent. But not the room service

They didn't clean the rooms. Sometimes they didn't change the towels. That so bad.It is impossible to take place at the la carte restaurants.... wondering how other guest did it

I would like to sincerely compliment the hotel staff for their kindness and professionalism. Specially mustafa in the club reception. They were always attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

The room was nice.

1. The service. 2. The shuttle for move from place to other u need to wait 20-25 mins. 3. The food was horrible and poor options at Saphire. 4. The hotel was overbooked so you cant move. 5. The bed on the pool isbthe most lowcoast you can offer. 6.the sunshade is bad its all moving from the wind. 7. The hall experience was not as expected from Rixos. 8. All nights long was the sound of winds. 9. All nights is the sound s of closing doors in the building like bomb. . The Rixos here is only the name.

-Facilities although it wasn't acceptable all the time due to the huge number of people.-location is nice.-Room facilities are great.-Friendly staff and supportive.-Nice shaded parking for the car.

-Cleaning the room is so hard in timing even if you told them the time of leaving- The reservation of restaurants if they are fully occupied is so hard that I've been trying to book some restaurant days ahead and i couldn't.-there is no crowd Managment what so ever that it might take up to 30 minutes to get a golf car to move from one place to the other.-for my own luck they provide me with a special room number (1111) and I got irritated by the kids who dialled the phone of the room even in the middle of the night.

I particularly liked the service of Sohaila the guest relations lady and the manager at turquoise restaurant. In fact all the staff we interacted with at turquoise were excellent in service compared to the other restaurants.

I was very disappointed with the behavior of the reception staff. They ask for cash payments for early check-in, refusing to accept credit cards, and are constantly seeking bribes. If you do not pay, they leave you waiting and refuse to help with anything.Our daughter became ill with a fever, but despite having a doctor at the hotel, they did not call or contact the doctor. They could not even find a thermometer.We have been coming here for two years, but this will definitely be the last time. Because we refused to pay extra, they initially gave us the worst rooms. The bathroom door would not close, and the shower drain was clogged; after one person took a shower, no one else could use it. After arguing with reception, we were finally able to change rooms.If you want to make a reservation for the à la carte restaurant, it is always fully booked.We had to cut our vacation short and move to another hotel.

Very nice pools and rooms. Very good experience from food and facilities as well.

You need to get on a buggy to cross to the other side of the hotel. Also observed some staff being aggressive towards other staff members.

Its not my first time in rixos radamis and wont be the last.The best place for families,for couples,for children, no need to leave the hotel because they simply have everything .The staff is very polite and welcoming, makes you feel at home and better .I want to mention mrs sohaila- Best guest relation and personal assistant ever , she eas available 24/7 and helped us alott .
