Pickalbatros Palace Sharm "Aqua Park"- All inclusive

The facilities are very clean and well maintained.The staff are courteous and helpful throughout the resort.Rooms are clean and spacious, views are amazing. The restaurants all offer very good quality food.

If there is anything I wish they improved, is the beach towel system. There is no reason to carry cards around for a towel, and if for whatever reason you lost a card or misplaced a towel, you get charged $12. This really does not make any sense. Towels are not that valuable beyond being able to use them on the beach anyway

I came here for the third year in a raw, but this time it was different

Everything is bad, the room is dirty and they don’t clean it well also the food quality was very bad you can’t eat it

I liked everything here, from great staff that gave me free upgrade for sea view room & let me Check in so earlier than it’s supposed to be, the room was amazing, super clean, smell fresh with daily housekeeping from great team, the view was great, very comfortable, there’s golf carts where the great team take your luggage’s, the food was incredible, all inclusive it’s so worth it, can’t decide where to eat, for all meals & between, the restaurants staffs gone above & beyond to make you feel special & get all your needs & requests, the water park slides so much fun, other water activities are a must to try, the entertainment every single nights & have special program daily for inside & outside the hotel, security is so high, you are 100% safe there, only guests are allowed to go inside. There’s more to say, but I just wanna stay I do recommend all travel groups to book here. It’s great for couples & families as well, and not to mention the pools are great & so much fun!

Only beach is not 100% clean, there’s rocks where you can easily get injured. We’ve avoided to swim there, and focused on the swimming pools only! This’s the only complain I’ve. I hope the people in charge will take care of it!

It’s amazing place . My kids also love the aqua park. The staff who are there very helpful for anything you need you don’t even have to wait. They come to to ask if you need anything. My favorite was Mr Reda from the front desk he’s an amazing person I really want to thank him so much for his help and his kindness.thank you pick albatros palace.

Everything in it . I love how there are a lot of variations at the restaurant you don’t have to go to one restaurant only there almost 4 or 5 restaurants you can pick from. And one of them is also opened to late dinner.

Check-in was fast and smooth, and they kindly offered us lunch before going to our room, which was a nice touch. The lobby is beautiful, tidy, and welcoming. Our room was lovely, with a sea view and clean, comfortable bedding. Any small missing items were promptly supplied by reception. Housekeeping was attentive and respectful of our preference to clean every two days.The food was amazing, with many restaurants offering varied and fresh options. The buffet restaurants were excellent, and even though the à la carte restaurant could be improved, overall dining was very enjoyable. The bars offered nice cocktails, and the staff were friendly and attentive, happy to adjust drinks when needed.The beach was beautiful, especially the relax area, which is perfect for a quiet day. The marine life was still lovely, and lifeguards were attentive. Staff across the hotel were generally polite, helpful, and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Overall cleanliness throughout the hotel, including gardens and common areas, was excellent.

Evening entertainment quality could be improved, some à la carte service was slow, and the relax beach area guests could be better monitored.

We recently stayed at this hotel and truly loved many things about it. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The buildings are modern and elegant, and the atmosphere felt relaxing from the moment we arrived.The customer service was wonderful — the staff and workers were always polite, friendly, and eager to help. We loved the pools, water park, food courts. Room services were amazing and the guy was so nice and clean. They provide a lot of water, soda and fruit to the room everyday. This part of our stay was excellent.

However, we were not very happy with the food. Although the hotel has six restaurants, the menus were very similar, and the overall quality of the food was not great. We were expecting more variety and better taste.Another issue we felt strongly about was the entertainment. Almost all of the guests were from Russia or neighboring countries, and all the shows, announcements, and activities were done almost entirely in Russian. We speak Arabic and English, and we did not feel included a lot of the time. . It would have been much better if the entertainment was more diverse and welcoming to guests from different backgrounds.

Room was fantasic, big, food is abundant with good quality, cleaniness is excellent, swimming pools are everywhere, Staff is friendly and polite. Animation team is very good, they nice night shows. They have diving centre and coral diving, you really do not need to get out of the hotel.

variety in food was a bit limited, there were differences between restaurants but with minor distibctions.

Everything is perfect. Even the area being renovated is protected to avoid any disturbance to the customers.

Perfect. This is the fifth time I stay in it.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and even though our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more comfortable room. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach was clean, close, and very suitable for families with children. The restaurant staff were always attentive and helpful.Unfortunately, we had to check out three days earlier due to my son’s sudden illness, and Peter went above and beyond to assist us with the refund process. We truly appreciate his effort and support.Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly come back.

The only issue we experienced was that the Wi-Fi in our room was extremely slow.

Every staff and Crews are happy to work each other! Good food , music, scenery, facilities, drinks, everything was perfect. Specially Manager Mr Reda has high responsibility for customer’s satisfaction. I really appreciate him

The immediate access to the sea and beach was a highlight for all of us. The water was pristine, and spending our mornings there was the perfect start to every day.Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. We especially appreciated the patio/balcony, which offered stunning views and was a wonderful private space for us to relax in the evenings once the kids were asleep.What really elevated our stay was the service. I can’t believe how welcoming, professional and attentive all the staff are. I never thought that level of hospitality exists in Egypt. Starting with Mr. Mustafa the reception manager to the lifeguard at the waterpark. Facilities are great but the staff is something else.

Only the food at the Italian restaurant, specially an Italian chef at the pasta station who is somehow impolite to guests and lacks any sense of hygiene. The other 4 restaurants are all amazing.
