EXCELLENT LOCATION

Very close to any shops, cafe and restaurants. It was nice to enjoy pools and private beach.

A little noisy outside because it was very lively at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Mohamed Omar, he was very sweet and kind and accommodating.

Facility is a bit old and despite having variety of food options, food quality could be better.

Diffrence between Restaurants Some Restarunt was so poor in Choises

Everything was perfect! The place was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-prepared. The host was very welcoming and helpful specially Mr/ Hussiny and Mr/ Mohamed Omar, they really made our days with their honesty and respectful treatments. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The reception team was extremely helpful and always supportive throughout the stay.I received a free upgrade from a garden view room to a sea view room, which was a fantastic surprise.The beach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel—much closer and more accessible than I expected.The beach itself is sandy, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing.Breakfast and dinner were good, offering a nice variety and quality.The main restaurant on the 2nd floor was convenient and had a nice atmosphere.The entertainment stage on the third floor hosted enjoyable shows that kept us entertained in the evenings.

Lunch wasn’t up to the same standard as breakfast and dinner.The grill restaurant was about 1 km away, which made it inconvenient, so we didn’t end up using it.There were too many tour sellers on the beach, which felt a bit intrusive.We frequently heard construction noises, and although we complained twice, the issue persisted.

Great Hospitality. Loved our room, location , breakfast offering, pool services, etc. Great proximity to the beach, restaurant, convinient stores, etc.. Mohammed Omar at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. The Caretaker in our section of room 900.. was very responsive to our needs. The chef at the omelette corner is the best we had in all of our previous vacations. My wife asked for a few muskmelon slices for our daughter, and the manager of the breakfast area came with a takeaway box full of muskmelon and other fruits .People at the SPA were exceptional with their services and honesty ..my wife forgot her gold chain in the SPA, and the perosnell at the reception of the SPA kept it safe and returned it to us. If I travel to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will stay here again

Property has some wear and tear and needs some maintenance to elevate the facility.

This is the best hotel I’ve been it is really very clean. Very nice stuff very kind special the one in the reception Mr. Mahamad Omar I am really appreciate it whatever I say it is not enough. Thank you so much which is the best hotel I seen

The hotel is slightly outdated, but came with a great value regarding food quality and price. The staff is amazing, the value/price is amazing, but the property is slightly older. It’s a great place that is located near the Hard Rock restaurant and other restaurants.

It’s dirty, and the reception staff are very rude. The food quality is really bad. If you decide to pay for this hotel, you will be disappointed.

Considering the hotel was published as a five star hotel it’s probably a very good three star. The hotel is in a great location and could be so much more if the rooms were not so tired looking.

Great location, lovely staff and great value

The accommodation was very nice, tidy, and clean. The furnishings in the standard rooms are a bit outdated, but in terms of value for money, it’s excellent. The kids' club could use some renovation because only the swing is usable on the playground. The pools are perfect and heated. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The beach is sandy and has a gradual depth. The hotel itself is located right in the center of Naama Bay. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection. The staff is extremely kind and polite.There are four pools: one with slides, another 25-meter pool for swimmers, a relaxation pool further away from everything, and a central pool with a bar in the middle. Additionally, there is a small children's pool.

There are a lot of Russian and Ukrainian tourists, and they don’t always behave politely. Most of the programs and music are in Russian. The equipment and activities of the kids' club could be better. At the central bar and the pool, the music is very loud.

Exactly what it says on the tin hotel - clean - pools great - right in the hub of it all - food fine - special mention to Mohammad on reception - sensational member of the staff and Rowan the customer relations lady and the always friendly Albert on the bar. Great stay thank you

For the price of the hotel I have absolutely no complaints.

A lovely experience in a beautiful clifftop hotel near the beachReception staff were excellent from arriving to checking out they even blessed me with a late check out so I coukd enjoy the facilities 4 pools beach Gym Sauna
