Coral Hills Resort Sharm El-Sheikh

The resort was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and beaches are a walk / short taxi ride away. Highly recommend staying here!

I am very happy with my vacation. I had a pleasant vacation. First of all, the place is quiet and comfortable. My room overlooked the swimming pool. I had an excellent time. The service is excellent. The staff is polite and helpful. The cleanliness is top notch. I am happy with my stay at Coral Hills and I highly recommend it. The entertainment provided a fun atmosphere, activities, aqua gym, games and parties. The whole team is helpful and polite.

Good price, tasty food, clean hotel

Too much chlorine in pools, very bad taste of juice, bad smell in room and lobby bar closed very early in 11 pm.

Pool is nice. Some of the staff were very helpful. There is a complimentary shuttle to nearby beaches. Food is a decent selection, but not enough tables and difficult to get assistance. Toaster broken. Hot water for tea/coffee often empty.

Room was old and dirty. Mattress was visibly caved in. Had to ask 3 times before they changed it. Booked a room with a pool view and didn't get one. No compensation offered, just "hotel is full". Fridge was broken and they wouldn't fix it. Will definitely never go back.

Breakfast wasn't great. The rooms are old, dingy and there's mold in bathrooms They weren't super clean either

The food quality was very poor - dishes weren’t cleaned, cutlery as well I found some food leftovers. The room pretty old - you can hear EVERYTHING within 30 meters in lying in ur bed. No Wifi whatsoever.

Warm water hot tube, the views aroun the pools, room clean, ok, nothing special. Food is tatsty, big enough choice, did not have a chance even to try all.

No coffee machine, have to use instant powderBeer from bottles, no draught beer. The fridge had just a few degrees lower temp than in the room.

Location only ..

We booked for three room .it was one room 2 adult and one kids.but there wasn’t extra bed for kids.i told them maybe 6 times a day bring me extra bed.finally they brought extra bed and dirty pillow and blankets:( i informed them but they didn’t help me at all.food is not good at all …

Super friendly and welcoming staff. The pool bar and animation team are fantastic. Plenty of variety at meal times and a good family.Pools are good, rooms have ample space and room service daily

What can I say except EXCELLENT ?. Very clean very safe lovely staff throughout from waiters to entertainment staff to reception the shop workers and Ibrahim the hotel taxi man. Fresh food very well presented three times a day . Close to shops bank and McDonald’s if you fancy a treat . The Cleopatra spa gave me the most beautiful massage Nora was exceptional!! Also the best beauty salon inside hotel lobby was outstanding. Simply can not write enough to praise Bob . Totally Professional nothing was a problem and the two girls who work along side him are trained to a high level . I went in looking like a man I left feeling like a lady .. Top marks !! You won’t go wrong booking your holiday with this hotel . Fabulous two weeks stay and we are already organising our next trip here . Room cleaner made such an amazing effort we’d return to stunning towel displays on our bed each day . All in all an unbelievable stay

Don't touch this place.

I think I can say with complete confidence that you will never find a place as bad as this one.I think the management are on the take, selling toilet rolls, water (that is supposed to go in rooms every morning). They are stiffing you on the exchange rate making 100's if not 1000's of Egyptian pounds each time. They are stiffing you on the taxi's, putting their little bit on the price. The food is abysmal, undercooked and not kept hot as it should be (bainmarie not switched on for money saving reasons) all of our party were hitting the toilet all day, most days. The food was the same old rubbish every day, we stopped going to meals in the end as it was absolute rubbish, inedible and cold. We wete surviving on McDonards most days. All inclusive but the bar person on the pool bar dissappears and you just can't get a drink and when he does finally appear he just pours your drinks and leaves them. The rooms were small and never cleaned very well (Mosquitoes, bed bugs and cockroaches) the cleaner spent most of the time on his phone or yapping to work colleagues A lot of the staff can't speak English.You get pestered from the time you arrive at the hotel until the time you report them to management, they are a real pain, you need to really tell them where to go in no uncertain terms or they will just laugh (nearly came to blows a couple of times). The internet was rubbish , slow and only available in foyer. No English or any other countries tv channels. You have to ask for toilet rolls or you won't get any. The cleaner? on the last day was asking everyone of us for a tip, he got nothing. On the plus side, a couple of the staff were brilliant and went beyond what they were expected to do (Special mention to Muhammad in the main bar, top man).
