Most of the staff doesn't speak any other language except Hungarian. The only information offered by the reception was the breakfast time. The AC in the breakfast hall is switched off, so it is impossible to enjoy your food in that heat and canteen smell. Half hour before breakfast closure time they are kicking you out by telling you : you are the only one left here. During our 3 day stay no-one greeted us with a hello, thank you, or any polite words. We felt as intruders in someone's else house. The dinner is served at a terrace by the pool, not a restaurant as they call it. Very expensive food, very poor service, sticky and greasy utensils and rude staff. The room was at the third floor, no elevator, and no bellboy to offer help. In the room the furniture was not properly dusted and the TV is the size of a small laptop. The bathroom has a ripped shower curtain, mold corners, bad smelling sewages and no amenities except toiled paper and liquid soap. We have never seen such a poorly equipped room and bath in a 4* hotel in whole Romania.

We went for New Year.- New Year Party was very well organized, we loved the venue, the music, the show, the fireworks, pictures were great- the food was excellent every day- the location is great, many things to do- personnel is very nice

-hot water was sometimes cold. I think the boiler did not keep up with so many people. We went outside the holidays and never had that issue- the spa, due to the same issue with the water, was not warm enough. Pool was cold. Need to do a better job at handling that especially with so many guests around.- issues with the receptionists- there were 2 consecutive reservations and changing rooms was a whole useless drama. They did not recognize their own vouchers. There were always many people in line if you needed anything- the carriage ride organisation was a bit unfortunate: there were 2 minibuses carrying people to the location, but thry took a long time and needed many trips, which let the other guests in the freezing cold, waiting.

It had parking.

The hotel was almost empty, but the front desk staff was uncooperative for a room change or early checkin. We were on the second floor and the elevator only stops on the first and third floor.

I got no help with wi-fi...staff kept saying it works. The massage area is noisy, no relaxing ambiance.

The room was big and clean but the walls are fairly thin so we could hear people in the next room a little. The facilities are great and the bar and bowling area were fantastic. Would recommend.

The food was excellent, the room was clean and very spacious, comfortable beds, friendly staff, we had a relaxing weekend at the wellness and spa center and we are eager to come back in the near future.

Sofa in the apartment is not comfortable for sleeping. The bathrom could use a refresh and a shower curtain

There was no WIFI signal in the room (B Corp).The TV is very old and small.

This is a great find! A really friendly place to stay. The staff were so helpful throughout and made us feel very welcome. The pool is nice and really clean. There are plenty of sunbeds, hotel guests get priority. The food was excellent and of great value. Breakfast was extensive. The bedroom is comfortable and cleaned daily. Highly recommend it, this was a great find and we will be back!

Nothing, it is a great place to stay.

Everything was very clean, from the room to the pool and spa, to the kids playground. The facilities were very conveninently located, the playground next to the restaurant and the pool. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good, however not very varied; for our 4 day stay it was good.

The elevator did not go to the second floor (only 1st and 3rd) so for a family with young kids and a stroller that was quite inconvenient. The rooms have no balcony, which is a bit inconvenient if you want to dry clothes from the pool. For us the main setback was the food; the main restaurant serves average food, with only few choices mosty, and it’s expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful, however some employees have difficulties in speaking or understanding Romanian. All on all I don’t think the hotel offers 4* star facilities (I would rate it as 3*) , and it is overpriced.

The breakfast is conventional, however not much vegetables are offered.

They have a nice terrace with good food (expensive but good) and an outside playground for kids

We were there for 1of june. The outside pools were not available and the inside one was very cold.

Customer service manners are appalling, restaurant requests are responded with a “cannot do “ attitude. No smile, no willingness to help unless you speak Hungarian.I had to complain to hotel manager just to sort out a basic restaurant table ( he was very helpful and professionally correct). Spa team very annoyed and bored.Restaurant menu extremely poor and half of it not available ( they run out , a la carte restaurant with reservations at 8 pm).Room facilities more of a 3 stars ( exemple no conditioner) but overall a comfortable room with good sheets/towels etc.

An overall good establishment, with a very nice SPA/breakfast. Some aspects to improve (menu).
