    • Easy to get to, parking was way easier than I anticipated although we did go straight after Christmas so this could have been a quiet period. Staff really good, room was lovely and warm, good central location. Will 100% stay again when passing through to Southern Spain which we do often.Staff we also incredibly helpful, especially when getting details about the ZBE in Malaga and places to eat nearby.
    • Great for an overnight stop as it's very central. We left our car in their private car park for a little extra, (finding our windscreen having received a courtesy clean the next day!)and popped across the road for a very tasty meal in the restaurant opposite. The room was spacious , breakfast was fine and as I said, for an overnight stop arriving late in the evening, everything was fine!
    • Nice hotel generally matching 4-stars. Good reception service

    Cons -

    • Was a little disappointed with the breakfast. What was there was good, but would have liked a selection of hot items like eggs, sausages, would have been nice.
    • Breakfast was like on a cheap hostel. Just a simpel plate with som chese, ham, tomato, juice, coffee and a roasted bun. They even charged me for asking for a simple bun extra!
    • The curtains and bedspread look tired which devalues the appearance of the room.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Its location is ideal. Very comfortable 2m x 2m bed. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Will return to it and is recommended.

The curtains and bedspread look tired which devalues the appearance of the room.

Perfect Location. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was super kind.

    Breakfast can be improved :)

The manager took us in his car to a restuarant because we couldn’t get a taxi - above the call of duty. Hotel was close to bars and restuarants. Secure parking on site.

Room wasn’t set out as we had requested so had to move. No great problem though. Hotel was a bit faded grandeur.

This hotel did not provide the services I had paid for and is far below 4* standards.

There was no air conditioning working in any of the rooms. According to the staff, the air conditioning does not work in any of the rooms during the winter months. Noticeably, however, it does work in the lobby and hallways. The hotel advertised that it has A/C.The room was unbearably hot and I could not sleep at all, throughout the night. In order to get any cool air into the room, I had to have the window fully open and the door to the hallway wedged open with my boot. The window shutter was broken and closed. The maintenance man took two hours arrive, by which time I had repaired it myself, because I needed to open the window to get some cool air into the room. The room had no blackout curtains, only nets. So, the room was illuminated by the lights outside, all night. The hotel advertised that the room have a mini-bar. They do not. There is an empty fridge. The manager indicated to me that the "mini-bar" is downstairs at reception. The TV only had Spanish language channels.I complained to the manager on departure and asked for a refund because I had not received the services I had paid for. She refused and to date, one week later, I have not received any acknowledgement from the hotel company.

The hotel is convenient to the centre of town.

The room had no mini bar, as advertised. It had an empty fridge without even a complimentary bottle of water. There are not even basic tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room I had was overlooking the football stadium next door. Fortunately for me there were no games on when I stayed. Hopefully, there will not be any when I return next week. I would like to cancel the booking but I can't.The hotel falls quite some way short of being 4*.

    Location for traveling south

Couldn’t open shutters so no natural ventilation or day light

Price was ok if the pool was usable

Pool was dirty and wasn't very clean to 4 star standard so wasn't actually worth the price

    comfortable bed. great shower

terrible food option. No coffee facilities in room. Big function place!

Location was perfect and easy access and parking. Staff, with one exception, were so friendly. Room well appointed and very well adapted for wheelchair us so we stayed an extra day.

Breakfast was limited and no choice available - set menu only.one male staff member in cafeteria had to be ordered to let us have breakfast near the end of the serving period (20 mins before deadline)

    8ArdventuresPosted on: 4-7-2023

Excellent location and a good stop over on route to Morocco. Lots of restaurants around.

If your vehicle is too tall parking a problem, as we could not get in the underground carpark

the bathroom was great; it was nice to be able to eat on site and the food was delicious and service was very good.

the facilities were being cleaned at the time of our visit (swimming pool). would have been nice to have had bed spreads on all the beds in the room as one of our group was a bit cold at night.

the hotel served it’s purpose, but nothing spectacular.

it was expensive for what you got. The cafe was noisy and very industrial.

    People and Location

Breakfast: they give you a dish with some slices of fruit (only a few) another with some slices of cold meet and cheese (also only a few) one glass of natural orange juice, butter, jam, some typical "tarrinas" of the site and toast bread. And good coffee.Nevertheless it is not a buffet. The ham is not Iberic Ham, and you can not repeat anything. This is not a breakfast for a 4* hotel. It seems more like a "bad 3* hotel"!!!!Heating in rooms are adjustable, but the machine didn't work well, so that the room was extremely hot.The hot water at the bathroom last around 10 minutes to get hot!!The cleaning of the bathroom was horrible. It was left by the cleaner with my "snot" sticked to the sink from the first day to the last (I was doing it to test the cleaner)

    9FernandoPosted on: 10-22-2022

Everything started smoothly at the reception with Fernando. The room was just too great to spend only one night. I wish I could've stayed longer. Tidy and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

The room had a smoking smell even though it was not meant for smokers. Apart from this, everything was perfect

Lovely Hotel in the centre of town. Friendly staff. Large room and ensuite. Very comfortable bed. Swimming pool was nice, although ladder steps were a bit rickety. Would definitely stay there again.

    Rickety steps into swimming pool.

Had a secure garage for the motorcycle. Rooms were clean and tidy. Did like the view over the football ground, but a good job they weren't playing at home!!!

Even though I had booked a gluten free meal, giving plenty of notice, I did not have an evening meal as they didn't understand what gluten free was. I had a Coeliac translation book but this did not help.

I love how big the rooms and bathroom are. I didn't feel crowded or anything. I love the hardwood floors, and the view from my room. It felt like an apartment.
