Location, spa

No cleaning for 5 days, just towels change, expensive vs value, spa costs extra

Nice rooms, recently updated, everything was brand new, just perfect. The spa area was also extremely accommodating & refreshing; pool, jacuzzi, and spa- very relaxing atmosphere.

Unable to book a spa treatment totally booked.

The atmosphere, hospitality, top-tier customer service, the free room upgrade to what looked and smelled like a BRAND NEW room. Awesome staff, very professional, beautiful park adjacent to the property- full of beautiful architecture, happy people, away from the noise of the City Center. Highly recommend, one of the gems of the area surrounding Brasov!

Nothing, everything was perfect!!!

Breakfast ok, position ok

All the night I could not sleep because in the trestaurant was a party with teend agers and a band singing extermly loud up to 3.25 in the morning.This is not acceptable! The hotel was full with people (I saw them in the morning, during breakfast) so all of them were sleepy after yhis white night!

The WiFi practically didn't work at all in the room although it was OK at the reception. The TV was tiny compared to the claims of the 3-4 stars. The breakfast was good but without any variation in the 3 days.

WiFi didn't work in my room at the 6th floor. Informed the reception but did nothing to fix it. I was on a business trip and had to pay for data on my network to do my job. I had also booked for a double room but was given a twin.

I liked that it was very clean

The staff did not do much eye contact nor smile , more like I was disturbing them

THe hotel has got private parking behind the corner (the parking right in front of the hotel is a public parking and you need to pay for it). The hotel was very nice and comfortable. It is located in very nice part of the town. The food in the restaurant was very good.It has got an elevator, working AC and a fridge.I can only highly recommend this hotel. If I will ever come back to Mircurea Cuic, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Squeeky bad/ box spring. I woke up each time I turned from one side to the other.The breakfast was quite poor.Questionable cleanliness level in the bathroom, especially around the sink.

I like this property because i use for long years ago and generally it was acceptable the quality , only in this ocasion I remain mot satisfied. I will come back, but IHope they never can sleep in that mattress.good luck

But in the last statement, the mattress in the 8 th floor room it was old and very used, very uncomfortable, I didn’t slept nothing .please notice you need to change

The breakfast , cheap selection of foods , and left overs food from event they had on saturday and it was served thuesday morning :( at the breakfast u couldent find any staff to ask for more stuff
