    Pros +

    • The room was clean, warm, and cozy, which I liked a lot. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Every meal was tasty and better than I expected. However, the hotel looked a bit old and could use some updates.
    • Good location, quiet and beautiful area.
    • Good location, right in the center. We succeeded to change the room in which they initially checked us in, because the conditions were poor to a 3* like room that was recently reconditioned and that saved our 1 week holiday, in a way we were lucky to find availability for a better room, otherwise it would have been all bad.

    Cons -

    • Some of the staff were impolite: the cleaning lady opened the door and entered in my room (even without knocking at the door before!) to ask if the towels need to be changed; I received some mean regards from the restaurant staff (even if I arrived in time for breakfast) or when I had to ask them for something; the receptionists were nice, but busy with the paperwork and did not bother to say "hello" to the guests. I found out I was lucky because my room was tidy but there were other guests complaining that theirs were smelly because of the cigarette smoke. The pretty high accommodation fees were therefore not justified, in my opinion.
    • The hotel badly needs reconditioning. The staff needs some training in custom service. There was no cleaning in our room for 1 week, the last couple of days they didn't even take the garbage out and didn't put at least toilet paper in the room, not to mention soap, even though we booked a 3* room.Low quality food at breakfast and dinner, repetitive menu for breakfast and certainly not enough food for the guests at either meal. The staff only put out small plates even for dinner, so that people don't have to much space to put food on their plates, and I am certain of this, because I heard them say it. Very disappointing experience. It was like a journey back in time in the communist era in Romania. I am almost 41 years old and never thought that something like this would still exist/ happen. ? ? ? ? ? ?

Peacefull place, nice people, good food- relaxation near the forest. They gave us a better room than agreed. For me it is perfect.

    No complain.

The food was disgusting at breakfast every day same boring. I had stomach issues. The dinner was a bit better but nothin

Staff members were disrespectful, cleaning staff was inexistent, I found insects in the room when I entered, the smell of dump and dirt was everywhere. I even had fleeced in the room. I had to ask towels at the reception and when the receptionist came to bring it he knocked once and the next second he entered. I was naked and had to run to the other side of the room so he couldn’t see me. The treatment pool was old and dirty and the sauna had no emergency buttons. Very old fashioned and unsafe place. There is no equivalent of money and facilities.

    Good location...friendly staff

Very old building...they tried to renovate some part of the hotel...maybe too old staff members...the designer of the room made a great job picking yellow curtains în a yellow room...

This Hotel is not supposed to be named a "Hotel"100% ripoff I was in Room 514 the -THE SMELL HAS BEEN UNBAREBEL - I head to spray my perfume REVEAL by CK to somehow survive the night Right after a check-in around 6;30 to 7 PM I went to reception to ask for a different room the Lady receptionist has left a 25 to 30-year-old guy has replaced her -He star laughing when I mentioned the room smells as Wet sheep with a nasty unwashed foot odor and his answer has been CAN'T HELP I kept the balcony door open for about 1 hr. outside temp. +11C soon I close the door, the odor has come back almost "instantly" I feel sorry for those tourists who spend their money at this property.

The Food has been "ok" 2 Star.the rest is NOTHINGIF YOU READ THIS please take my advice NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY WHOM THEY DON'T DESERVE.

Good location, nice food, extremely kind stuff. Room ok.

    8PopPosted on: 10-15-2022

The property is ok. It is a communist hotel, and they tried to renovate it, but the quality of the renovation is not the best. The people were friendly, nice and offered us extra facilities. It was a nice stay.

    Disappointing

Very poor menu. Very unpolite staff at the restaurant. The hotel is old. The rooms were renovated but the hall is awful - like in a scary movie.

    6ErikaPosted on: 7-17-2022

    Location was very nice.

Staff was very unwelcoming. Didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay or anything. Sadly our room was at the back of the hotel, so the view wasn’t the best.

    9LoredanaPosted on: 5-23-2022

Kind staff, nice room (renovated ), street view. We asked a special favour as it was my mother's birthday and they brought in flowers, cake, champaign for a good price. Also, they have a talented lady doing massage in the hotel.

Even it was May, it was cold in the rooms.

    1GeorgePosted on: 1-24-2022

    Bad

We arrived about 9:30 PM and we noticed that we didn't had water at all (hot or cold) in the bathroom. We went to tell someone from the reception who seemed very surprised, and assured us to fix the inconvenience, but whitout any results. Due to covid pandemic situation is unacceptable not to have any kind of water(including for toilet) over the night so we strongly NOT recommend it.
