Very comfortable, chic hotelVery clean and well located

The beds were excellent — very comfortable and supportive, which made for restful nights after long days exploring the area. Equally impressive was the staff: everyone we met was extremely polite, friendly and attentive. The team’s professionalism and warmth made check-in smooth and they were always ready to help, which significantly improved the overall stay. I would recommend it to those who prioritise comfortable beds and excellent staff.

The main negative was a constant smoky, plastic-like smell that lingered during the entire stay. It was strong enough that we couldn’t comfortably spend time outside on the grounds or keep the windows open in the room, which made the room feel less airy than expected. This smell noticeably reduced the pleasure of being at the lakeside and felt out of place for a hotel of this category; I would encourage the management to investigate the source, improve ventilation and air filtration, and communicate clearly with guests if the issue is temporary. Another disappointment was the breakfast: the selection was quite limited and felt sparse for a four-star property. A wider choice of hot items, fresh fruit and pastries or more frequent replenishment would make breakfast much more satisfying.

It was extremely loud at night with kids screaming outside and fireworks at midnight on a Thursday night… as the place has no AC we had to sleep with the windows open but we couldn’t sleep till 1am because of the noise

Very nice hotel, location excellent, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, elegant lobby and lounge. The room was great too, lots of space.

The breakfast was good, staff was nice and it was very quiet.

The shower wasn’t good, the water basically overflowed the whole bathroom, the drainage wasn’t sufficient.The fire alarm light is very bright when the room is dark, I had to sleep with the bathroom light on so it will stop being annoying.

A wonderful oasis of confort after a long drive, lovely staff helping us with everything we needed, and excelent food for the whole family. Highly recommended!

We loved this hotel, the location was great. Everything was very clean and the team was absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and satisfied .the team of the restaurant did a great job preparing for us our meal in the exact way we wanted.

The staff friendly and helpful. Get free room upgrade ;-). Very clean with all amenities (coffee machine, tea pot, fridge, etc). The lake is few hundreds meters away, reachable by foot. The restaurant is very good with prices according class.

Nice location just near the lace. Breakfast is very delicious! Also we tried a dinner and it was wonderful. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms. We had a room for 2 and a second room for 3 people. Both had balconies and beautiful views towards the mountains. It was a pleasure to sip a good cup of coffee (coffee machine provided in the rooms), enjoy the scenery and watch the snowflakes slowly falling. Very quiet and relaxing. We’ll definitely return.

The place is very well positioned, in a quiet area and only a 10-minute walk away to the lake. Thee staff is very friendly and kind, lady at the reception was very helpful too, rooms are spacious, very clean, equipped with a coffee machine, fridge/bar, slippers disposable and robes. It was very warm and comfortable beds!Very diverse and tasty breakfast.

We booked 2 rooms with mountain views, got rooms overlooking the road and the parking lot.

Hotel located in absolute proximity to the Red Lake.Easy access from the road with visible and clear indicators. Parking lot with generous space. The number had a balcony, respectively the nearby view could be enjoyed directly from the balcony in the evening and in the morning. There was also a coffee machine with capsules. Impeccable cleanliness, clean towels, no odors in the bathroom. The adjacent area of ​​the hotel is very well arranged where you can recreate after the trip.Breakfast at the price of 50 RON with a good variety of hot and cold snacks. Coffee, tea and fruit available.

I really liked how I felt when I was there: the location, fresh air, a foggy and cool mountain morning, a balcony where you could watch the sunrise.

I would have liked a more varied dessert for breakfast. But no other remarks, good breakfast, in a nice environment.
