Very good food at the restaurant. Staff was very kind.Breakfast was OK.Dedicated and private parking, however it's not secure as it's Accessible from the street. There is cameras pointing to the parking. This could be important if you travel by motorcycle

No elevator, no A/C

The hotel has a great restaurant and is clean and well located.

There is no air conditioning in the room, so it gets pretty hot in there. You can open the windows, but there is no bug screen.The shower is extremely small as well.

Breakfast was good. Staff helpful.

Double room was small, overheated for .mid-May, we were given the room on top 3rd floor, o elevator, steep stairs

Very friendly staff, they reached out to us to ensure we can check in later at night and that we can order something from the kitchen before closing. Location is in the centrum of the city. This hotel is linked to their other facility that has a spa and you can use those as well, included in this price.

Shower head was broken, needs repair.

The room was clean and the free access to the spa, which is 2 kms away, is a nice touch.

We paid a hefty sum for the room considering the fact that the hotel is in a small and not touristy town. We wanted the best possible accommodation. We came back in the evening and found that the shower was totally broken and could not be used. After complaining, we received a key to a smaller room and we decided to use the shower in this room but not sleep there. Turned out the the other shower was in a critical condition as well. Also, there are no A/C in the rooms despite the fact that for the same price you get an A/C room in Bucharest and Brashov. The lady at the front desk acted in a very unfriendly and inhospitable way, and did not even say "sorry" once. We definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel.

Location and calm.

Staff barely speaks English. Rooms are very basic. Getting hot water in shower was a challenge. Shower cabin was broken and so was fixation of water outlet. Swimming pool is not at the same location. We were charge for extra money (full price) for breakfast for a 2-year old baby. 25€ for a frankfurter sausage.

The fact that after climbing a mountain all we wanted was a bathtub. Little did we know that despite we paid for a bathtub, they don’t have any. Although it’s specified in the room description that there will be a bathtub. Also, “SPA included” refers to “if you want SPA and Sauna for which you paid, you need to go to another location and, of course, pay again for it “ ??

The spa is very nice. Big pool and 2 jacuzzis and a sauna. It’s a 5min drive but it was worth it.

It was clean but the carpet in the room was full of hair so it was definately not vaccumed/cleaned in a while. The toilet seat was also not fitted and looked like it will fall off.

I liked that you had access to the spa. (It was located 5 minutes from the location)

Nice location, large room, large bathroom. We also had dinner, which was good.Almost directly at the Tisza, so really a nice location.

The matresses of the bed would need an update. Clean, but well, not the best anymore.

Very noisy. Dated. No aircon. It was hot and we’d had to leave the window open which was very hot and noisy. The swimming facilities were not at the property. We were told it’s about 5-10 mins walk to somewhere else. We didn’t go. Staff not friendly or helpful.

We ordered a room especially for the pool and wellness facilities. When arriving the receptionist barely spoke English... I think, because she didn't explain or said nothing much. (Lucky my husband is Romanian) We asked about the pool and they just said it was op until 21h. We checked in, payed and got to our room. When my husband went outside for a smoke the receptionist approached him overhearing us about the pool and that it's not on this location it was drive away. You could only use it by driving there it getting the appartment option there. You get charged by the amount of persons so with would be the same price for us. We accepted because we came for the pool, but the receptionist was pulling back. Didn't want to call and arrange... She gave us the number over there to figure it out ourselves?! Why propose and then withdraw? We did not pursue further and kept the room.Next to that the room is VERY hot, without any heaters on. We needed to sleep with both windows open or you would melt.Nothing was properly fixed: the toilet was wobbling when you dat on it, the showerhead was loose and the door handle didn't work properly... Plus there was a sewer smell in the bathroom.Finally, it might be personal preference but, the beds were way too hard.
