very nice, clean and sunny room

In our first night it was too hot in our room, 26 degrees.. and we couldn’t turn down the heat, I contacted the landlord but no reply. On our second day we had to leave the windows open all day to be able to sleep . Other than this it was pretty good.

accomodation itself was very nice, the staff as well.easy to reach by car. available parking free of charge and CCTV.

location. the hotel is in between 2 car services so it's a bit noisy in the morning.

Bit noisy from road

Very clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The windows had insect nets, so leaving the window open didn't lead to any unwanted visitors.

An air conditioner would be a nice acquisition, because the room gets quite hot during the night and leaving the window open means hearing the traffic noise.

The room was very clean, we had Tea and Coffee, nice room and good location.

We had a room on the first floor, next to the dinning room and we could hear all the noises from there. Try to ask for a room on the second floor if posibile to avoid the noises. unfortunately we crossed paths with a group that stayed until very late at night in the open area and they woke up very early and in our room you could hear everything that was happening there. there is no insulation on the interior doors at all.

Excellent family room, comfy beds, kettle and mini fridge. Dining area has a kettle and microwave but not cooking facilities. You can order from local restaurants and they can deliver to the hotel. Good location for the ski slope if you have hired a car (no local bus). Staff are helpful and if no one is in reception you can call or message them and they are very responsive.

There was a ski camp staying at the same time as us so lots of noisy local kids late at night! Close to the centre of town but you need to drive (2 minutes) as the road isn't safe to walk along

Very clean and modern hotel very close to the center of Toplița.

There is no permanent reception so you need to call the lady of the hotel 10 minutes before arriving, otherwise you have to wait.

Is noise because the property is on main road and some truck service near by and in the morning you have change to hear the noise of machine witch change types.Kitchen not well equipped and the barbecue the same.is not a place to stay with children also a lithe bit dangerous because the electricity transformer is near by children play ground.

The Rooms were clean and big enough. The heat sometimes was turned at maximum and the radiator could not be turned off when needed.Also the water in the shower was kind of difficult to make it ok, it was too hot or too cold, never in between.Overall it was a good stay.

The heating was locked on hot, there were around 25-26 degrees in the room. We could only sleep with the window open which was towards the street. The shower was also locked on hot and the water was boiling hot. The mattress was uncomfortable as well. Luckly we stayed there for only one night.

There wasn't specified anywhere that the access to the bathroom is by passing through one of the rooms, when we raised the issue the receptionist specified that if we had looked at the photos we knew, but the photos are taken from such angles that you can't see this detail.The bathroom access is an important thing and you shouldn't have to wake anyone up to have the chance to use it.When we raised the problem to the receptionist she said that she can't do anything and it's on us that we didn't verify the photos and all the comments before getting there, which in my opinion does not make sense, because nobody reads all the comments before booking something. The bathroom access detail should be specified clearly so that others don't experience the same surprise we did.

a bit noisy as it is located next to the Main Street, but a bit of white noise took care of it

The room was as it was expected, clean, comfy, also I would say youth decorated.Suitable for one night stay (as we stayed) but also for a longer stay.The area has plenty to offer, the longest bob slope in Romania (for which we came there), also Borsec should be visited (there's also a bob slope there).

A little bit noisy in the morning because of the truck parking nearby but it wasn't quite an inconvenience because we were already awake

- modern, new building. everything is new-they have a place for BBQ-kitchen for breakfast, but no utensils, so bring your own

- location: it is right next to the main road, which has pretty much traffic

The decoration was very nice with great minimalist taste

We rent the apartament and we have to pass one room to go the the bathroom and bother our friends. Pretty small everything. We could’t boils some eggs or cook nothing fast and easy but the have a place where to eat.The pension is just beside the Main Street and it s pretty noice.
