Nice, quiet location.Nice indoor pool.Room was comfortable, restaurant outstanding.Staff very helpful. We lost the car plate in the parking lot and they were kind to send it home.Thank you for a nice stay!

Lodge could use some renovations.

Eating breakfast and enjoying the mountain view in the same time was an unique experience! The breakfast was always fresh, home made delicious food.

Very good location, calm place and fresh air away from the main road. Friendly staff and very good food.Great that there is an inside warm pool and also wet and dry saunas. We also worked remotely from there and it was a good setup for us, the internet connection was quite stable for us and we could do anything we needed, not sure if it is great for uploading super big stuff but for browsing and video calls was ok.

The only thing that was not great for us is the fact that you can see the time passed by and some details from the rooms or at the pool(radiators) or outside there are things that are not renovated. You can live with it but it would be great to see those fixed next time we go. We did not observe that in the restaurant though, it looks very well maintained.

Everything was exceptional, very friendly staff, clean and cosy. And the food, oh boy, food was awesome ❤️ love the place, can’t wait to go back

If you are ready to drive 1 km.on a rural road...The nature is beautiful around the hotel. Rural, healthy breakfast.

Beautiful views, good food, kind staff, large parking, heat was working.

Access road not very good but acceptable.The property needs refurbishing, especially the space outside.

Exceptional view of the mountains.

No AC, bathtub issues, low water pressure, uncomfortable mattress, dirty carpets, poor food (breakfast) and generally everything needs maintenance and renewal.

We really had a good time at this property. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and made our stay memorable. We used the indoor swimming pool, saunas and massage facilities (special thanks to Mrs. Loredana - best massage therapist we had in Romania, so far).

Good location 10 minutes away from city center ,good food, varied menu, staff very friendly and accommodating English-speaking family special mention to Lorena , good size pool, if you are planning to use steam room or sauna make sure you ask reception to turn it on 15-20 minutes in advance as it takes a while to heat up. Rooms are spacious the hotel makes a good base for a few days away in the mountains

The room, food, view, the pool all exceededmy expectations.

Nice view, big and clean rooms, the spa, friendly staff, fresh air. The breakfast was good, also the ordered food from the restaurant was delicious. Good service, friendly and attentive staff.

Many families with loud and noisy children's, the price for booked room it`s a bit spicy, you don`t get quite that much value for the money. You have to go quite a distance on an unpaved and muddy road to reach the property.

The stuff is very nice, the rooms are clean and spacious and the view is so beautiful. We had access to the indoor pool and saunas for relaxing afternoons after skiing. The property has a lot of outdoor space where you can enjoy the view with a cup of wine in the winter or simply walk in the snow. The food in the restaurant is so good, we wanted to try everything and almost succeeded, every dish we ordered was so tasty, for a special treat try duck with cranberries sauce. We'll be happy to return in the future, maybe in the summer.

amazing views all around. free parking and a lovely indoors pool. the staff is very polite and helpful. it was Valentine’s Day and they asked us if we want a dinner reservation as they were expecting the restaurant to be crowded.

The prpperty was very nice. Comfy, cozy, and warm. The bonus was the food which was amazing. I belive they ise local products, everything was fresh, and super tasty.

For a 4 star hotle it should offer some more bathroom facillities.

- clean rooms- beautiful area and scenery- delicious food (especially the traditional dishes: totally recommend platou boieresc and the breakfast dishes with cheese and pastrami)- clean saunas and swimming pool with warm water and- helpful and welcoming staff
