Location. Very clean. Good sized bedroom. Good bathroom, with clean towels daily.

No hairdryer. No glasses for brushing teeth. No safe in room.

Very convenient to the railway station. Very clean with the room serviced daily, including at weekends. Room was fine with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentyful but of simple fare - ham, cheese, rolls, toast, yogurt, tea /coffee, etc

Drinking water glass in the bathroom. Breakfast could have had some hot foods e.g. eggs.

Stay here regularly. Breakfast good as always. Staff very obliging. Nothing is too much trouble.

Travelled by train so location was excellent. Have stayed before and am more than satisfied..

Struggled to control air conditioning.

The receptionist managed to accommodate us to better rooms and was always very kind and approachable, we definitely recommend

No restaurant or bar m on premises , but nearby restaurant and bar quite satisfactory for relaxing after long drive.

I booked two nights at this hotel. Travel to and from Entroncamento was by train. Access to the hotel was very simple and very quick. My room was ready before the allotted time. It had plenty of room, the wifi signal was excellent, and the room was exceptionally clean. Staff members were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was included in the price. It was of a basic, continental style.I used the hotel as a base to visit the National Railway Museum and the city of Tomar, a short distance away.I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Excellent friendly staff, spacious room, good air conditioner, and good breakfast. Location was excellent, in front of the railroad station and that it was what we needed. Highly recommend. Reasonable price do to the demand because of the Tomar festival of the trays.

Much more than just a shelter between two trains. The location breathes the attention, dedication and proudness of a family business. Marble, wood, leather and exotic plants. Everything you touch in here is clean and smelling lovely, a freshness that definitely does not come out of an aerosol tin to hide clandestine smoke in the curtains or humidity. From a comfortable bed you can see the trains slowly enter and leave the station, yet far away enough to disturb, while mountains at the horizon glowing in the sunset.

Breakfast simple but note the price! You would pay at least twice as much in a coffee shop. Everything necessary, nothing superfluous

The breakfast was very poor. The illustration showed a good breakfast with fresh fruit, but there were only apples and the orange juice was orange squash. Disappointed as its a three star hotel, and expensive. No water or glasses in the room. The WiFi was intermittent.

Very short walk from the train station and not a long journey from Lisbon, when choosing an Intercity train (around 50 minutes). There was a nice view of the area. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The staff weren't completely fluent in English, but mostly understood it. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Unfortunately due to food allergies, they couldn't really cater for me at breakfast, since the cereals had a "may contain nuts" warning and they didn't have information regarding the bread from the bakery. No drinking glasses or cups were provided in the room for drinking anything (but can be requested from reception). This is probably an expectation from being in the UK, but there was no kettle for tea/coffee. The WiFi had a signal but didn't seem to be able to connect to the internet (perhaps due to being on the top floor, I'm not certain as we didn't need it overall). The train station can be quite noisy if you have the window open - the air conditioning appeared to be for heating only?

I like the fact that the hotel is just across the ? ? Station.The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic, and yet good ?. Yummy buffet near the ? ,but only one open weekend. Not much to do in the town, good for a peacefull break . ?
