Location, clean, parking and great staff

No internet signal in our room. Everything shift front desk guy was very rude, didn't bother to solve the problem.

Check-in was outstanding and super fast. Special thanks to hotel employee.

1 - Check out was terrible. They kept saying that I had to pay for the reservation. I insisted that it had been pre-paid and that I had proof of it. 2 - There were huge lines for breakfast, waited for 10 min in line (tourist groups)

The breakfast should be better.The lunch and dinner were great, but breakfast in comparison disappointed.

The location is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and feels very relaxing. The lobby was beautifully designed and very inviting. Both the hotel and the room were very clean. Parking was easy (€5 per day). Tomar is a lovely town.

The breakfast could be improved. The shower was small.

Everything! Amazing staff. Location, parking, cleanliness, everything good.

Where can I start ... This hotel is beautiful and perfect for many ways. The size of our room was great and the view was just beautiful from our balcony, we can see the Castle ! The location is perfect, short walking distance to the center of the town. The hotel has outdoor AND indoor pool too. Huge park area just hanging around and enjoy your day. Everything is very clean and flawless. And the breakfast... it is a feast ! Very big and tasty selection of warm and cold breakfast things, if you want it, you will find it ;) It's a big YES to recommend Hotel Dos Templarios to everyone.

Amazing room, we had a two story suite and it was great. Our top patio was private and very large, it would have been nice to have cushion on the wooden recliners on the patio. We could not get internet on our top floor so had to go downstairs if we wanted it. It is a 5 minute walk from a very cute downtown and 12 minutes , all uphill to the castle.

Room was big and well designed, location was great- 10 minutes walking distace from the town center, large, comfortable lobby area with bar and restaurant, parking, sauna and swimming pool, pleasant staff.

What a gem. So reasonable for (what I consider) a 5 star hotel. We wanted a massage and she came within the hour. Pools are just the right touch.

Nothing. All good. Staff exceptional. Made us lunch boxes to pick up at 6am as we left to continue our Camino. Great resting stop from Lisbon.

There was no kettle and tea making facility in the room.

The locations, ease of parking, breakfast selection, large bedrooms with nice views, friendly staff.

Everything - spotless, friendly, palatial, absolutely huge hotel, beautiful pool,

Breakfast coffee, they had two machines set up on a buffet style breakfast, it did not work for the volume of people, created long lines, they need a better solution!!!

Super location in a lovely setting along the river and park. Great breakfast. Appreciated the noon checkout time.

While the room was quite adequate with a huge king size bed and nice balcony with a great view, the bathroom was not great. It was a bathtub with a panel that was supposed to keep the shower water contained. It did not. It was impossible to shower without soaking most of the bathroom.

Location, swiming pool, breakfast, staff, the spa staff for the massage senhor Daniel does the best massage, everything was perfect. And also clean and quiet room with spectacular view! Vamos regressar.

Beautiful hotel with spacious lounge, beautiful rooms and outdoor pool, the location is fabulous to explore the downtown core, convent of Christ and the park.

I had trouble with the room safe.

There is little not to like about this hotel. it has a 1960s vibe but is immaculately kept and has a good amount of amenities. The service was excellent, friendly and patient. The restaurant offered a high quality breakfast and a gourmet dinner, while the hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

While some elements were a little old fashioned, this did not impact the quality of my stay. i would say several areas of the hotel appeared off limits and this seems a shame - an old bar is closed and the old lobby and other shops are now off limits.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's close to everything, and everything seems to be within walking distance. The breakfast was good but I think there could have been more of the hot options.

I had been aware that there was a spa there but I didn't actually discover anything until my next to the last day and then it was too late to book anything. Maybe next time I make it up this way.

Room was very large and nice and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and river. Hotel was just a short walk from the town center. Hotel also had both and indoor pool (room temperature water) and great outdoor pool (but water still not yet that warm since it was only June / but did swim). Bar and bartender were great. Breakfast buffet also very good.

Wow! This hotel was amazing! The room, pool, breakfast, staff, and atmosphere were all spot on!

We loved it all.
