Beautiful setting. Convenient location.

A bit confusing driving in because it appears there is a foot bridge only but cars may use it. Once we understood, it was fine and convenient parking.

Location was amazing, the hotel was beautiful.

No drinking water in room, despiste being told we have.Phone call to reception wasn't working either.Bathroom and shower glass doors won't shut closed. Ok for a 2 stars hotel for 60 euros, not so much for a 220 euros per night suit.

The location - literally minutes walk from town but on a island surrounded by park, so it's dead silent and you look out to trees and river. It's the ideal spot for a hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful too and Tomar itself is a lovely town, enough to see and explore but not overrun by tourists.

Breakfast is on the more simple side, but it does the job.

The hotel was in the park next to the town centre. A room overlooking the park (or garden) is worth while. The balcony is large and has a lovely view.The room was clean and well decorated and molten brown products a bonus.The spa was small but had everything needed.Free parking.

The breakfast offering could have been improved upon. Based on the 4 hotel stays over our trip it offered the least choice.A room at the rear may suffer noise from the hotel next door. There seemed to be a nightly party.Our first room had a buzzing noise every 20 seconds but we were moved room.

Excellent and spacious room with a view and a delicious dinner.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a bit confusing to find, because our Google Maps brought us to a spot basically across the street, and that part of the neighborhood was a bit run down. We did NOT know that the little turnoff onto the Island was where we needed to go so the directions could be better. The island area where the spa is was great.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. Superb location and excellent facilities. Great breakfast and dinner.

Everything. The location, the staff, and the room are the best. We visit Tomar regularly and always enjoy staying here at Estalagem.

No complaints of any kind.

The hotel is nicely located in a park about 5-7 mins walk from the cathedral. There is free private parking. The hotel is very new and everything is new and shining. It is very quiet at night, great sleep quality. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious.

The spa area is new and nice, but very small. It is great for 1 couple, but with more than two people it gets crowded. Pool is 3 metres long and 1 metre wide.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Tomar. The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel has a small spa that is cozy and from 19:00 is adults only.

Not that we didn’t like but what we believe it can be an improvement is the breakfast. It has not included in our stay, but we decided to have breakfast in the hotel. The selection was very limited and I’m not sure if it was because of the public holiday, but the short of staff made the breakfast experience not the best.

Beautiful location, clean, modern amenities

The staff were all friendly and amazing! We loved the restaurant! Loved the view of the river from our room and also the beautiful view in the restaurant. Food was outstanding and well presented.

The hotel lies inside a beautiful park, so there are lovely views all around, and it’s if you want to get out for a walk you’re already in a natural setting within the town. Our children enjoyed the pool, where you could swim both indoors and outdoors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and kind to our children. Breakfast had many options and we also had a nice meal at the restaurant in the evening.

The property was lovely and the rooms were beautiful. We stayed over on a Saturday night and you could hear the music from the square which was the only downside.

Recommended to us and so happy we took such excellent advice.Location perfect to walk into lovely Tomar. Parking right outside the hotel.Super comfy room and so quiet. Bathroom with luxury products.Breakfast totally to our taste and over looking the river.David on reception was so welcoming and friendly.We shall stay here as often as possible.
