Our stay at Casa dos Ofícios Hotel in Tomar was absolutely wonderful. The location made it easy to explore the charming town, and the fully renovated building feels fresh, stylish, and full of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially the Brazilian receptionist, who made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room and bathroom were beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for guests with disabilities. Everything was spotless and wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.What we particularly loved was the common living room on the first floor - it felt just like home, a cozy place to unwind and soak in the hotel’s warm atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and a perfect start to each day. We left feeling cared for, comfortable, and already looking forward to coming back.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was exceptional! They were kind and helpful on navigating what best to see when visiting. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We were only there for one night and wished we had spent another day. The breakfast was fine, but what was most impressive was the manager made us eggs when they had run out! (We were at the tail end of the breakfast rush!) What makes this hotel special is that attention to detail. We were impressed and would highly recommend.

They need to deal with water damage in the bathrooms. Wood rot in the doors super noticeable when you sit on toilet. For price, would have expected more attention to detail.
