Hotel Cruzeiro

This hotel was an excellent experience the bed was very comfortable & modern furnishings. This hotel also had an excellent breakfast service with many options hot & cold foods with many hot drinks & juice options. The entire staff were warm friendly ¿¿

No everything was excellent.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Extensive breakfast selection was a great way to start off the day. Room and A/C were comfortable as it was relatively humid outside.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. I love the dining room and the nice staff member I met there (his name might be Pedro if i remember correctly). Also, my key stopped working and the young lady at the front desk fixed it (new battery) immediately. Great service.

I did find the shower arrangement a bit odd… it left a LOT of water on the floor of the bathroom. I had to use many towels to keep the bathroom safe (no slipping).

The property was spotless with very friendly staff. It was in a fantastic location for exploring the city on foot and we loved the easy parking!

Staff are responsive, room well located

the wallpaper going to room in hall very black, almost kind see

The location was walking distance to the center of town. Very nice room and comfortable bed.

The window faced a busy street with cars passing by very early in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time already. Great location, free parking. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cruzeiro. It is located in the central part of town. Most downtown restaurants are within walking distance and the rooms are comfortable. They also provided private parking which was a nice treat.

Everything about this hotel met our expectations (as you can see by our ratings). While the location was at the top of a hill from the center of town (which meant going up the hill every time were returned from the city center), we were still very happy with its setting. I was on a quieter street off of a main road and at night the neighbourhood was exceptionally quiet. There was an issue with our room. The one that we got was not like the one that appeared in the BOOKING.COM photos. The photos of our SUPERIOR room booking were of the executive suite, which is what we were expecting. I think that this was an error on the part of Booking.com. Upon mentioning this to the hotel, the management ultimately decided to upgrade us to the executive suite. The daily breakfast that was included was both copious and varied. Very good! The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

There is nothing that we can say we didn't like about our stay at this property.

Location OK. Taxis near Breakfast average

Lack of steam cooperation

Great central location and free parking lot behind the hotel. Fine room and breakfast. €50/night in February.

Good location, offers parking and walking distance to main streets

A wonderfully amazing location, always welcoming and friendly staff, we simply loved loved loved staying in one of the apartments - the extra space was excellent and the kitchen which includes a washer/dryer sealed the deal on this phenomenal stay. Having breakfast included as well as parking makes the Hotel Cruzeiro among the best that Terceira has to offer!

Never anything bad to say, we've stayed at this hotel a few times and look forward to several more stays over the years.

Amazingly clean and modern hotel that maintains excellent and friendly service standards. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help out with anything. The location is a quick walk to downtown in the heart of the city, yet far enough away to be away from any loud celebrations or hustle and bustle. The included breakfast buffet is a great start to the day.

Wish we didn’t have to use a code when exiting the parking lot gate, but I certainly do understand the reasons for this procedure.

The staff was very welcoming and the facilities overall exceeded my expectations, better than the photos. The breakfast is more than enough, with high quality ingredients. The location is another keypoint, since the hotel is located right in the center of the city. They also have private parking.

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

Great location

very clean, nice aesthetic

Excellent ratings for the following: (1) Apartments, especially our 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen. Superb! Had everything we needed! (2) Staff, courteous, helpful, and professional. Absolutely fantastic! (3) Breakfast & staff, a wide variety of choices and constantly attended to so everything is available. The staff was excellent. (4) Location, it was only a 5-8 minute walk to the city center and harbor and 1 minute from the incredibly beautiful and peaceful City Gardens, (5) Onsite parking was a very, very big plus as you had a rental car. There was also quite a bit of free parking on the street right in front of the hotel.

The only nimor thing that we would suggest is for better pillows, perhaps slightly firmer with better filling. Although the pillows were new, they were thin and not the typical type that you find in quality-experience hotels.

Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful

Breakfast was not close to 4*, noisy, lacks comfort and design

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was clean, large enough, and comfortable. The front desk personnel was kind and friendly. The taxi came quickly.

I flooded the bathroom by using the handheld shower head. I didn’t realize the water was running onto the floor since there wasn’t a barrier for the water.

Staffs are really friendly & helpful

1. Light directly on top of the pillow(yes it is just behind the pillow, stupid design) so when u sit up you will accidentally crush it.2. Shower water flooded into the toilet floor.3. The toilet door anti-collision is directly in front of the toilet, and I almost fell down when I went to the toilet.
