Being super critical- the shower tiles could be updated. They are starting to get dark and worn around the grout joints. BUT - overall no complaints!

Beautiful views, short walk into town, common areas were nicely decorated.

My first room had spiders and many ants. I reported this and asked for a new room. New room had multiple house centipedes in it, which was absolutely disgusting. I didn't expect them in a 4 star resort.

The views from ALL the rooms are exceptional. The Atlantic Ocean and Monte Brasíl.

The Hotel was at the bottom of the hill, and to reach the up town old city was difficult, no shuttered service was offered from the hotel.

The location was perfect, as was the amazing view and phenomenal gym!

Opted not to eat dinner at hotel as we do not prefer a buffet, bathrooms outdated, needs better breakfast option when leaving hotel prior to regular breakfast hours, missed out on spa/indoor pool/massage due to ongoing renovations

We loved everything about the property.

The service was extremely slow. At one point I had 3 people behind a bar and they all looked at me and then looked away. Never asking what I wanted. Sitting at a table, we typically had to go to the bar to get service rather than having someone come to the table.

The common areas are dated as is the gym. It seemed like the gym was available to the public. It was difficult to discern which gym classes were available.

Friendly, clean, welcoming. Nice breakfast, Free onsite parking. Great location both as a hub for island tours and the city.

The outdoor pool was amazing. The facilities were very lacking. The gym is shared with the public. The sauna was weak. The Turkish baths AND the indoor swimming pool were under construction. Our room cleanliness left something to be desired.

Room has bottle caps under the curtains which obviously means they didn't move them to clean under. There was coffee splattered on our wall when we arrived. Overall, it was just OKAY. Location wasn't ideal.

Hotel rooms were clean, view was nice. The hotel pool looked very pretty. The location of the hotel is superb, you are within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. There is a pleasant walking trail accessible behind the hotel, along the ocean. Breakfast was great. Lots of free parking available. I would stay here again.

The view from the bar/resteraunt is amazing and the pool is big, simple and pretty. It was just a 10 min walk into town which was perfect. We were able to drive everywhere with no problems at all.

The outdoor pool was really big and always lots of spots available for poolside seating. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were really nice.

Indoor pool closed a few days after arriving. Our room was close to the pool and we could hear all of the construction from our room. Food and drinks were expensive; It was more affordable to go into town to eat. We asked for early check in which booking.com confirmed but the hotel had no record of the request when we arrived.

Breakfast is very poor in variety , and the pasitry quality is not good.Same goes for the restaurant buffet - not recommended!The only reasonable dishes can be ordered at the bar. Hotel food gets 2-3 out of 10

The location was great, swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. We also liked the walking paths from the hotel to Angra and historic sites. The late checkout time was appreciated.

I usually stay with family when coming to Terceira but decided to stay the night here mostly for the pool. I love everything about this property. Perfect location, very friendly and welcoming staff, big comfortable rooms with a beautiful view. I was surprised to find some pastries they left in the room, awesome touch and really shows their hospitality. The outdoor pool area was my favorite place to be and just lounging on the chair on my balcony. Also, the food and service from the restaurant is amazing! Nothing bad to say about the property at all. Muito obrigado, mal posso esperar para voltar!

The view directly to the ocean is amazing. The bed is very comfortable.

The outdoor pool didn’t cleaned and there were ducks swimming on the pool. Breakfast buffet was just average. We had dinner at the hotel also and it was not as expected.

Spa and gym very in very poor conditions. Turkish bath was not working. Gym and spa is open to people that are not staying at the hotel.
