The Citi Residenci Hotel - Durgapur

The hotel location and cleanliness

Room provided to me was very very small and a locked window. Most of their rooms are without any window.

Nothing special like about the overall stay. Standard rooms at cheaper rate but disappointed. However receiption staff was helpful.

The room type. Bathroom has exhaust fan on sealing where pigeons were making their nest and

Cleanliness is good.

For the online booking they have a seperate room which is not good. very small room. before booking they havent mentioned this

Location is great. Near bus stand, junction mall. Near NIT durgapur.

room were provided in a new floor with no lift access, too much walking was required to reach the room

Location, courteous staff and prompt service.

The bed sheet was smelling. Loud music at night at the hotel’s discotheque was very disturbing.

(i) first of all I'm smoker therefore there are plenty of rooms for non-smokers(ii) I'm Ex REC-Durgapur student therefore if visiting NIT, Durgapur this best located hotel(iii) There are many eating place nearby so lunch/dinner is at all no issue

(i) Lift doesn't operate on 5th floor therefore if you've luggage you may struggle(ii) Room was not properly cleaned. Dust particles felt while walking bare foot in the room.

Had been shown 3 rooms before I could settle down with 1 (420) .

The lobby and staff was friendly.

The room was very small. The room was just big enough to house a bed. That’s it and the entrance to the 5th floor was through open terrace with scraps.

NOthing whole hotel was floating with rain water

worst experience with hotel rooms full of dirtly water and whole night none of

Location

We were given a room 1 hour late while checking in ( at 1 pm) . But while check out we were called from the reception and were threatened that if we do not leave immediately they will charge us extra . The staff in reception were rude !!! Moreover one of the rooms #216 had serious issues in the bathroom . The swerage water was oozing out of the floor of the dry area and the bathroom was stinking Called the housekeeping who could do nothing said its for maintenance . Asked for changing the room , they said no rooms are available . So pay money and stay in hell !! Incidentally we were forced to pay the full amount upfront at the time of checking in for the entire stay for all the rooms .

The room was awesome. All the facilities were in place and the hotel is in the prime location. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

Everything was fine.

Well, swimming pool, bar at swimming pool restaurant food, everything was excellent.

As committed of 10% discount in booking. com for the hotel services was not given. That was bit anoying

Locationnis excellent, staff is well behaved, room size is good, beds are comfortable,

They don't have watchable TV channels as they all are paid and theybdo not subscribe to paid channels. I stayed for 5 days and first two days was in a room with no reading lights and no bed side controls. Then shifted to a suite room which albite being expensive was good

Stay was pleasant.Smooth check in and check out at the reception and would like to mention courtesy from Amithabh bose who helped us for the luggage.Looking forward for my next trip.

Location is central, staff attentive and polite.Rooms are.spacious and quite large for the price.Good WiFi,onsite shops come.in handy .All in all good choice in Durgapur.Recommended

Toilet faucets specially the WC looks dated .TV in rooms.only plays the FTA channels and hence not of much use.The WiFi is not secured, although these
