Hotel rooms, amenities, cleanliness,room size,staff behaviour and service is extremely good,hotel location.

Breakfast is not as good as I expect. The restaurant should improve their food quality

Nice hotel, prime location, good and courteous staff, accommodative about requests. Restaurant is awesome.

The rooms are clean and decent, with attached bathrooms. Everything is clean. Basic amenities and toiletries are provided. The room came with breakfast, which was a sumptuous spread. The staff is caring.

Everything is pretty basic. The bathroom did not have a hair dryer or a decent shampoo and body wash (only a head-to-toe cleaner, which was very subpar). The driver was offered a stay and food at the staff quarter; however, it was not free. We spent a total of 650 on his stay and food.

Location is prime

Washroom exhaust most of the time was not working. Also the lamp near the bed didn’t had a switch off button. The technician had to take out the bulb. Quite strange. Breakfast spread highly monotonous and people serving are with no courtesy

Nothing except location

Service is a major concern including room service. Even after several follow ups, we didn’t get one extra bed, which they had committed at the time of on line booking.Getting drinking water in the room took 40 minutes that too after several follow up.I requested one extra space for my driver at the time of booking, obviously at a cost.After 6 hours of follow up after checking, they provided one bed for my driver, though some issues are there regarding AC water droplets, but at night when my driver went to room, he found that has already been occupied by another person .Finally late at night he didn’t get any bed and he had to spend night in the car.Unfortunately he didn’t inform us and took the pain on his own. This is not acceptable to me.I couldn’t find any manager to complain in the hotel except front desk junior attendant.

Need to keep Tea Coffee maker with Tea Coffee bags in advance and not when asked for. Addition Door Mat or Towels outside washroom shall help.

The staff aren't professional and the check in was very disorganized. Also, door had a big hole in it. Room was big but not cozy.

While checked in the y reply you have done online booking so we can't change the room, room was of very low quality, restaurant charges too high, one bottle water was of Rs.76 which costs in market Rs.20 aquafina.Fruit salad was of Rs.286, but the quantity of not of Rs.50 also and quality was very poor

Among the toiletries no comb & moisturizer was provided. Only on request it was provided. Moreover could not connect to the wifi at all. Breakfast could have been with more choices

The staff at the counter demanded extra check in even though I requested that I would not even stay for the entire day but check out in 3-4 hours

Extremely unclean and unfriendly staff. Nothing was delivered on time and the rooms were unclean with cobwebs hanging everywhere and no toiliteries in the bathroom . We had to ask multiple times for bath towels. Room service was pathetic.
