Fortune Park Pushpanjali, Durgapur - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Location is perfect, in city center, neat and clean and very spacious room.A few good eateries are closed by including the famous 'City Sweets' and 'Arun Sweets'!

Nothing, all good.

The breakfast spread was okay.

The front desk is not well trained in how to treat guests and are not well equipped vocationaly to explain or understand the guests. The rooms were okay but beds and pillows are not.The location is not good as well.

The ambience, the food

The bed was not comfortable. It was sliding us to wards the centre.

Room and swimming pool. Also food was delicious. Lots of varieties in breakfast at

Clean spotless facilities.

My name misspelled as Lyer instead of Iyer. Wifi not working properly upon arrival. No greeting at the dining entrance except for a couple of days. Terrible tea full of milk and hardly any tea that I had to get corrected by talking to manager and chef.No compensation for struggles with stay. Please refund me one night's stay charges.

Large rooms with everything you need. Immaculately clean. Friendly, accommodating staff members Excellent breakfast. Lovely rooftop pool. Just great.

Pl dont serve dry bacon but other wise food very good

clean property but ventilation smell fills the lobby near the room

good service

to book taxi for pick up i had to send lot of messages and mails

Nice place with good breakfast. Smiling staff. Good ambience.

The hotel room was really spacious and gave us a great room at a high floor. The window was huge and had a great view onto the city center and its greenery. The beds were very comfortable and huge and we had a great sleep. We loved the dinner, breakfast options and got great attention from the chefs. They made arrangements for our dietary restrictions and prepared gluten free and lactose free options for my wife. We loved the cocktails as well and really had a great evening. The warmth of the staff was commendable and we had a great check in and check out experience. Overall, we were very happy with this stay.

Staff were very good. Room and facility were clean.

Area surrounding the hotel.

Food was goodLocation was good

Amenities poor. Maintainence of the property tolerable. Key cards have to be activated two three times a day. Terrace floor has metal strips which are loose and can cause fall and severe injury. Its lack of properties in the area makes it a tolerable option.

Delicious food with comfortable stay and staff is very nice and helpful

Comfortable bed and nice Hospitality

For any third party booking like Booking.com - Hotel will throw some tantrum - Oh your breakfast is not included, oh can't give you single bed, oh this and oh that.....seems they are not happy that I am booking through Booking.com.

NA

The breakfast was excellent. Mr Prhalad, manager of Orchid arranged very nicely to celebrate our marriage anniversary. Thanks to him.

The exhaust of wash room could have been better. The water of swimming pool was very cold and might have been done something to make it warm.

Good and room decor

Internet wifi, no hot water

1) there should have been more open and green space to walk and relax 2)offers in all restaurant of the hotel should have been available to the guests3)
