No activity for kids The swimming pool for kids is very small

Amazing location, place, and view even at night. Overwhelming atmosphere. You will enjoy the stay when it is snowing.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were very poor. No air conditioning in the room despite it gets very warm in the place. Room furniture is very old and the bed pillows are not comfortable. No iron for clothes is available even upon request. They don’t provide paper tissues in the room like clinex. The hot spring pool not clean.

This place is amazing and has wonderful facilities , very clean and organized, has surprisingly delicious food.I felt extremely safe and the whole staff was welcoming and always smiling Special thanks to Mr.Jamal, he went above and beyond and took extra care of me

Amazing location , comfortable stay

No irons available and Laundary facility is slow Waited hours to explain what we need and then another hour for the Laundary to come to take our clothes Very difficult to communicate if you don’t speak Arabic or Turkish

The staff are cooperative and very gentile; they try to make my stay comfy as they can; I am very thankful for Mr. Jamal the manager, Mr. Ahmed on the front desk Cife. Mohammed and Rabiaa in the hotel restaurant and all the other workers in the hotel.

Very nice staff. The general manager himself is welcoming and helping people. He gave me good rooms although I made a mistake in booking with no extra charges.The pools are a great experience.Foos is great also ?

Nothing at all ..

its a great gateway from the city. me and my wife enjoyed the spa and the thermal pools were refreshing. the hotel look vintage and beautiful. a day is enough for a couple to enjoy the hotel facilities as well as visiting the nearby villages.

the toilets were very high that made it very uncomfortable using them.

The food was very good, dozens of options from the buffet, both breakfast and dinner.

Spa felt a bit dated, but was still very enjoyable.

Lovely very scenic surroundings. Comfortable bed very nice room. The spar facilities were unique and extremely enjoyable. The food was excellent quality both evening meal amd breakfast
