Şimal Hotel

Very friendly and helpful manager.Welcome tea.Able to store our bicycles securely indoors.Clean and comfortable room.Plenty of hot water.Very good traditional breakfast with no plastic packs of jam etc.Good location.

Needs new shower head.Bathroom drain was a bit smelly but kept door closed.

Location

Too noisy, when people walk or move you hear their movements, the AC doesn’t cool, the toilet flush has very loud sound

It's a small hotel. The receptionist, Muhammad, is very helpful, kind, and informative.

Simal hotel is well positioned in downtown Rize; just 10 minute walk from the central square/meydan. The staff was very polite and fully responsive; could communicate adequately in English. The room was spacious enough and very clean. No noise pollution from the nearby costal highway, when you keep the windows shut. In a nutshell a very good hotel for the money they charge. Next time we visit Rize we will definitely stay in Simal hotel.

Manager was nice to provide my family all at the same floor. Breakfast was good. Location was good walking distance to shopping district. Big mosque beside the hotel. Room was clean.

nil.

The guy when we were checking out was friendly and we waited in reception as is standard but He messaged after and said we should have been charged for it

Dirty sheets and moved to smaller room

Very nice and clean room. The receptionist was very professional and helpful even found a safe parking place for us in front of the hotel. Has a great central location. We highly recommend.

We stayed here for just one night and we liked the hotel, the room, our breakfast, its location. Staff was helpful with info about renting a car in the city. A view from the room was good!

Suppose that price in a low season could be a little bit more attractive for tourists))) the room was small but its ok.

Bad

In first look you think everything is good but in fact very small elevator, not good staff to guide and help you, even for giving you one telephone number, bathroom shower was not proper working, bathroom is small and water coming outside. Everything is bad. Don't choose this.

Clean , staff corporative ,location

Hard to found car parking, noisy place , breakfast was humble not same as hotel photo

The hotel is comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent

Limited parking

The accommodation features small rooms with inadequate shower facilities, and unfortunately, breakfast is not provided. Additionally, there is no spacious lobby. The location is quite noisy, and it is worth noting that safe parking options are not available.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of options, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. Overall, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the absence of shower gels, which I believe could be improved.

Very large bed. Good location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was a bit weak. Juice quality could be better. I missed scrambled eggs, cakes, croissant, toasts...

Location

I was not satisfied with the room being cleaned and very small elevator

The hotel was perfect located! The stuff is very polite and attentive. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Hotel location is city center. The room is clean and bright. Breakfast is diverse. There is evertthing you need for a comfortable stay.

The good place with friendly staff. Great breakfast and comfortable location. We will be back

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! From the moment I walked in, The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful.

The hotel is located in the city center. The staff is very nice helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good.

I can't list a more specific problem. Perhaps a trash can would be useful in the room.
