The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was huge and comfortable. We were only a few minutes walk from the old town too.
The location was excellent. The reception staff were efficient and accommodating. I also loved the fact that the rooms were carpeted and cleanliness was excellent..

This is an good hotel. The onsite restaurant is good and the bar is the only place in town where you can get reasonable coffee and have somewhere to sit down.
This is the number one hotel in Akhaltsikhe for foreign travellers. It provides good four-star standard. Everything works, the staff are efficient, and the restaurant is good and offers decent value for money.
There is not much to critcise. The location is not particularly scenic; it is quite a long distance from the fortress and other historic sites.
Rooms are clean and spacious for families. Easy to find parking place outside. Just 5 minutes driving to the castle.
It would be better if there were blackout curtains.
The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy, the bath facilities were good quality, and the breakfast was ok. The lunch we ordered was good. As a booking.com guest, they served a complementary front dish for free, which was very pleasant.
Modern hotel and nicer than we had expected. Own car park. Food enjoyable. Town bigger than we anticipated and hotel in good location to visit Rabati Castle
Convenient for our purposes location, perfect cleanliness; very spacy and comfortable rooms with two separate compartments and TV-s in each, bedroom and hall, plenty of wardrab space; tasty and sufficient diversity breakfast.And very nice Staff, of course.
Probably, the price.It is afordable, but still looks too high, for that region at least.
