Amazing hotel - central location, the river view, comfortable beds, good breakfast. But the best part is the owner Kacha - hospitable, friendly and overall very nice. We will definitely be back.

The hotel owner, Kakha, was very kind and communicative. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony.

It was a bit cold in the room, but the weather in Kutaisi was unusually cold for this time of year.

Kakahr, the reception was so helpful and hospitable. The location was perfect, facility cozy, the most comfortable bad and a lovely place.

Great location on the river & tasty breakfast. The staff organized an airport transfer and middle-of-the-night check-in for me, which was greatly appreciated. I recommend a room with a balcony on the river for the views

The location was nice close to the old town and the river. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was also good.

We had requested a double bed upon booking, and the hotel confirmed this in advance. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with single beds instead. When we expressed our disappointment, the host did not acknowledge our concern and offered no apology.The room itself was quite run down — there was noticeable mould in the bathroom, and the parquet flooring was in poor condition. It certainly did not live up to the "deluxe" description in the room name.Additionally, the property is located next to electricity transformers, which caused a constant humming noise throughout the stay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that did not meet our expectations.

It is really worth the money, rooms are simple but clean. Breakfast is really good and the owner is a nice man. Nice terrace at the river

The hotel is located at a good location, you cannot get to it with the car but need to park in the street and walkthe room was clean and good

you need to park in the street and notice you are not parking in a location you need to pay for parkingshower head was broken so everything got wet wen we first used it

Very good value for price. Simple but clean with a lot of character. Loved the terrace to look at the river. Very safe area to walk around to main square, park and really good food. Good breakfast.

Don't come from USA expecting a Marriott or Best Western. This is much less expensive and much more of a "Georgian" experience. Which is exactly what I wanted.

I like everything, everything was perfect , Kokhaaaaaaaaa won with the kindness person ever. He helped us alot, he took a photo for me and my husband as a memory for us, he’s really show us how much georgian people are amazing.Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Everything was PERFECT♥️

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph.Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony.The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience.Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

Honestly, at the price, it's absolutely great.

The location is perfect, you can walk around the old city easily. The staff is super kind and helpful. Overal it's worth it.⭐️
