Kutaisi Inn

Very casual place but helpful staff. Nice big lobby with tables for work or hanging out. They don't mind if you eat in the lobby. Resaurant is maybe 35% more expensive than others but food is excellent. Tkemeli was authentic. 10 minute walk from center.

Air conditioning didn't work well and was noisy.

Helpful and professional staff.

The rooms are not soundproof. I heard noises throughout the day and night from 2:00 am to 3:30, doors slamming, people taking showers, loud conversations. The bed mattresses are old and too soft, almost sagging. Not great for the lower back.

We traveled with my mother and accidentally forgot our teaspoons, which were very valuable to us as they belonged to my grandmother. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and made sure the items were safely returned to us when we came back for them.Very helpful personnel. Thank you!

The swimming pool and sauna

The staff were all miserable, never smiled or greeted you. The bar staff tried to charge us double the price that was on the menu. The cleaner always looked at us bad. The breakfast was awful and exactly the same every.

It was very clean and the location not bad at all. In 20 min walking distance from the city centre in a very safe location next to the famous 100 stairs. Nice sauna and indoor swimming pool as well open until late in the evening. We stayed in a family.room very spacious and with nice view

The breakfast could have been better for a 5* hotel. The worst thing though was the behaviour of some of the staff members mainly waiters. We were a bug group of people (17) which I understand it's not so easy to please but there was occasions where I felt the staff's behaviour was not polite and appropriate to please the customers at all.

Good rooms, good location, good breakfast.

Laundry service way too expensive. 10 gel for 1 t-shirt, 5 for 1 pair of socks. I spent 135 gel to wash a little bag of my clothes.

There’s water accumulation in shower area. Water blockage. Towels were not clean. We complained. Not attended.

They upgraded my room which was really great. The hotel in general is very nice - all the inn group hotels in Georgia. The breakfast was also really nice.

The room was great and they have a shatafa in the bathroom which is a plus for me and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very old, grey towels instead of white (they are considered to be white), strange shampoo and bath gel.

The room was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice, they helped print out our boarding passes. Breakfast had a great variety and it was delicious. City center is a bit far, but we didn't mind walking there, it took us about 20 minutes.

I like staff (they were very kind, polite and friendly), location and value.

I didn’t like that towels were little dirty. Towels color were very unpleasant. It was very unpleasant and unexpected. Also, hand soap’s bottle was old or damaged.

Everything was excellent!! ??? they gave us room upgrade .. i requested a clean and quiet room and they confirmed our request.

I was absolutely happy with the experience. The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, and provides impeccable service and huge cosy rooms. We had a prepaid breakfast, but we checked out at night, so we got a lunchbox for takeaway, which was very nice and thought-through. A funny detail of this hotel is a special soap with a wine flavour.

This is nowhere near a 5 star property and should not be marketed as such. Parking was supposed to be available on site but we were told to park on the street.

The rooms and common spaces at this hotel were very nicely furnished and decorated. It was a walk from the old center but very convenient to the train station. Hopefully they improve the train service to it!Also a nice breakfast and friendly staff.
